We stayed at the Crowne plaza for a week and absolutely loved it. The room was so comfortable and with a very nice view. The breakfast had a great variety of food , and the best was the service. Everyone was very friendly, kind, and super helpful !!! The housekeeper, front desk , the Chef , kitchen staff, the waiters, the photographer, absolutely everyone made us feel very welcome!! I was greeted by Riki as soon as I stepped into the hotel's reception area, and she made my stay an unforgettable one! I have been upgraded to a room with a direct sea view. Her WeChat number was added to my WeChat account, and whenever I had a question or a request, she responded almost immediately. I found Riki's fluent and effortless English to be a great asset to our communication. It was a very clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed, big balcony and the breakfast included some western choices.

One of the best hotels I've been to 10 out of 10 on par with Intercontinental Beijing previously stayed at the nearby Intercontinental Sanya if you are choosing between these two hotels, definitely choose the crown, it is at least twice as good I especially want to thank Olivia, our best vacation I'll be back again

Hotel is clean and new, walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed the complimentary photo shooting. All the staff are very friendly. Special thanks to our personal assistant during the stay, Kate, who is a super-helpful and sweet. She greeted us everyday during the stay, made very prompt reply to any of our request, helped us to find our lost item. It’s a great experience for all of our family members.
