前幾年做的有點差了，但是這幾年明顯好了很多，特別是配了管家，一開始沒覺得怎麼樣，後來發現確實是能解決問題，從入住，到換房，到各項服務，到退房，最後還負責郵寄遺落物品，確實到位，感謝管家美麗，另外雖然剛過了颱風，但是恢復很快，幾年了，都在採風閣吃吧，今年不僅彩色豐富好吃，量還大了，很靠譜，不足還是電玩城，很想念那個一抓就是幾十個娃娃的時候，其實花了八九百，弄幾十個娃娃誇張嗎？這怎麼想不明白呢？另外就是今年不知道誰想的投幣，三五個也就算了，投十個幣一局，指定有點問題，查查出主意這人吧，做幣不要錢啊……還有就是，門禁卡改成手鍊很方便，但是鬆緊的更好，這個不好帶，而且門禁和門框距離太近，不好開門

This was our second time at this hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The hotel is perfectly set up for families with children, offering a wide range of entertainment. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. Our room was always clean and well-maintained thanks to the daily housekeeping. We highly recommend it and will likely be back!

開始定的童趣家庭房，辦理入住的時候發現都是一些異型的房間，而且巨潮濕，後來前台不情不願的給升了海景家庭房，潮的不行，住進來鼻炎就犯了。很多服務人員都是東南亞地區的，韋博爾幫忙送的行李，辛苦了，很感謝。但是還是要説這個酒店是鼻炎患者的死穴，避雷，別來

看見有廚房、洗衣機真的太開心了！！在三亞一天幾套衣服！！果斷下單！不過小朋友和小朋友活動真多啊，可能更適合家庭出行。
酒店下面就是沙灘，躺在床上可以看大海和日出！還有陽台可以賞月觀海曬衣服！房間很大，一室一廳，進門是廚房，有兩個浴室！其中一個帶浴缸～
我們辦好入住以後，直接殺去了新鴻港市場，買了一池子海鮮回來煮！小青龍140兩個中等大小的，帶膏超大皮皮蝦100一斤，芒果螺15一斤，紅花蟹40-50一斤，黑虎蝦33一斤！！
特別謝謝管家美麗！提前一天加了微信，發了入住事項，然後補了新的礦泉水和飲料～網上幫忙直接開好了票～

We spent a very great time in the hotel😍 We loved the kids entertainment program, meals, cleaning, all the details for kids comfort stay. The staff was very helpful, especially guys at the concierge. In spite of language barrier they were ready to help me with my deliveries👍🏼 The location is convenient, it’s close to the central square and cafes, restaurants, supermarkets. We definitely gonna come here again. One big request: please make a comfortable modern gym with air conditioning🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
