Vienna International Hotel (Shanghai Pudong Airport)

The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Pudong Airport. The best part is the free shuttle bus to the airport, which runs every hour. The hotel is located in a small town with many small restaurants nearby. There's also a subway under construction next door. The front desk upgraded me to a suite for free, which was awesome! 👍

The room was great, well-equipped, and very close to Pudong Airport. The shuttle bus only took 15 minutes to get there. I was really happy with my stay. My friend and I came together, it's perfect for a trip. The breakfast was also excellent, and we made it in time for the shuttle.

I chose to stay here after a late-night flight. The environment is good, and the complimentary airport shuttle service is particularly thoughtful. It runs every 30 minutes, and the driver even helped with our luggage, which was very kind. The hotel has an elevator, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. Although the room isn't huge, there's enough space. The tea provided was quite fragrant. The breakfast is a rich Chinese spread, and after returning from abroad, it was a comforting meal. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; it's very quiet. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

It was okay, but the washing machine wasn't very clean. However, it is a shared facility, and there's always one or two inconsiderate people. You need a room card to enter the laundry room, and ours wasn't working, but the front desk staff was nice and helped us get in.

As a regular guest of Vienna hotels, I always stay here when I go to the airport. The hotel facilities are complete, and the hygiene is impeccable. The overall environment is pleasant, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The 24-hour airport shuttle service is a lifesaver, and the drivers are always proactive in helping with luggage. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, are super friendly and kind-hearted. Definitely a five-star experience!

First off, the free airport/Disneyland shuttle service provided by the hotel was excellent. Seeing that we had a child with us, the hotel even upgraded us to a family room free of charge. The room was spacious and very comfortable, fully equipped with a table, chairs, and a sofa, perfect for a family of two adults and one child.
