Not far from the airport, the shuttle service was prompt and attentive. The duplex room was unique, and I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The room wasn't in the main building; it was a loft-style apartment with a bed on each floor, suitable for international guests. The surrounding amenities weren't fully developed, and there was road construction, but the hotel offered an airport shuttle. It's quite suitable for transit flights.

Although it's a duplex, it's a bit small. The open-concept sink can easily disturb family members' rest; it would be better if the bathroom were independent, especially since it's very noisy at night. Children need to be careful when going down the stairs. The hotel restaurant isn't good; I recommend eating outside. The environment is otherwise okay.

The attitude was okay and the room was decent, but the soundproofing was truly terrible. I couldn't sleep at all at night; I could hear every single sound from the next room, which severely impacted my sleep quality. I hope this can be improved.

We booked this hotel for an early flight for our family trip, and it was great that we could park our car at the hotel's parking lot. They also offer a free shuttle service to the airport.

I was very satisfied, especially with the young man at the front desk on the night shift; his service was excellent. The only downsides were that the gym was closed recently and delivery from nearby restaurants took too long, but the hotel has its own restaurant, and the food was good.

Excellent stay for 3 nights, clean and comfortable. Both the breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious, offering great value for money. The hotel's shuttle bus provides 24-hour transfers to Pudong Airport, and the front desk service was outstanding, especially Judy – she was super!
