The hotel are located near to ancient old town and some rooms have a good view to the ancient city view.
Rooms are spacious and breakfast are good.

Many thoughtful touches in the hotel, like the towel warmer & oxygen concentrator (although it was loud, it sounded like rain and we didn’t have trouble sleeping). The bed was also very comfortable, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel is very modern.
The location is slightly far from the center of Dukezong, and required us to walk a dark and quiet alley to get to and from the shuttle pick up point.

入住感受：在香格里拉沒有因為高反睡不着，卻在麗世熱得睡不着。床品厚但是空調沒有製冷功能，調到最低16 度，一小時後室温從 23 度升到 24 度。打客房服務電話被告知空調沒有製冷功能，建議打開門窗睡。我們房間在一樓，正對停車場，非常沒有安全感！！最終就這樣熱了一晚上沒睡着！
酒店很小，唯一好處是去月光廣場看轉經筒很近。但是隔壁就是英迪格，英迪格位置更正，酒店羣落更大，配套更完整。麗世的位置在角落，偏角，視野如圖，英迪格位置更正一點，其他風景沒有，前面三家酒店在建，都是工地。
房間精品民宿風，沙發，窗簾，桌子，牀頭櫃都比較廉價風，一度認為貨不對版，但被酒店告知房型沒錯。
停車場很小，拐彎上來的路很窄，我們出門正巧碰到兩輛旅遊團巴士停在門口完全擋住停車場，車開不出去。找大堂工作人員聯繫挪車，巴士司機不願意挪，酒店工作人員處理能力不行。一共衹有 18 間房的酒店，整體設施服務和管理都不能對標五星，衹能説是一家較好的民宿。
服務跟不上，出門前跟工作人員説送一雙拖鞋到房間，晚上回來沒有，打客房服務電話，所有呼叫鍵忙音，自己去大堂拿拖鞋詢問才知道，電話按鍵上的“客房服務，禮賓，大堂”等按鍵都沒用，直接按 0😂但是電話上沒有任何提示。
餐飲：衹吃了早餐，咖啡和飲品品質可以，其
種類較少，高於民宿水平，低於五星酒店水平。
房間的飲用水是循環利用的玻璃瓶裝的水，需要倒出水杯喝。
引用某網友一句話，這家酒店像是咖啡廳開了家民宿，非常貼切！

在一個黑燈瞎火的半山腰，沒有路燈，如果是女孩子去住從古城回來得請保鏢。另外宣稱的彌散式製氧，根本一點作用沒有，就是一個擺設，面板時實氧氣值一直都是20.9，無論你開門關門無論你把目標製氧值調到22還是26一直不變。最後酒店承認一會後台系統問題一會面板問題，而且所有房間都出了問題，所以不能換房睡，呼籲當天入住的遊客都去維權。他們彌散式製氧機，從外觀沒看到廠家名稱等訊息，所以對其出廠標準使用效果存疑。開始還不承認，説有數值就是在製氧。最後導致頭疼、手、脣發麻，半夜去醫院，老公血氧值降到82。半夜頂着大雨給孩子們轉移到另一個酒店。而且服務特別不好，把車牌號給了店家，不及時錄入，出門還是要收取停車費。找他們經理解決此事，一直不出現，一個委屈巴巴的服務員拿着幾個氧氣罐來解決問題，最後再再三強硬要求下才出面。那嚴重的欺詐消費者。如果不是我高原反應敏感，也許和其他房客一樣，被假的面板糊弄入住。

地點非常棒，走下斜路就是獨克宗古城，幾分鐘就可以走到。
之前看到一些評論說要走大坡路，其實可以打車到門口，斜路不用走的，而且酒店有電瓶車可以送到古城邊，回來的時候打電話給他們就可以接送，很方便。
酒店不曉得有多好了，不但景色令人驚艷，房間漂亮豪華，服務也是頂級細心，值得一提的是，房間有智能彌散供氧，不用氧氣瓶，這樣真的很舒服。
酒店餐廳的牦牛火鍋非常好吃，對著獨克宗古城夜景吃這麼好吃的火鍋，夫復何求！
我們修改了行程因此必須趕高鐵，打不到車，酒店立刻找司機送我們，真是非常感激。
總的來說，這間酒店真的非常好，要是有機會再去香格里拉，一定會再入住的。
