Shantou Marriott Hotel

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive and new. The rooms are large and spacious. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is great and very quiet. Even the city view rooms offer a beautiful overlook of Shantou. There's also a shopping mall next to the hotel, making it convenient for ordering takeout and hailing taxis. Service: The service is attentive. The hotel also has seasonal activities, and the welcome dessert was delicious.

The front desk upgraded me to a room with a partial mountain and partial sea view, which was a great gesture! The executive lounge is fantastic; it has everything you could want for food and drinks, though it doesn't offer high-altitude night views. The TV allows screen casting, and there's plenty of parking available. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer isn't very powerful, but everything else was excellent.

Arriving early from our flight, we were exhausted. The hotel staff kindly pre-registered us and helped us get into our room early, as soon as it was cleaned. After a delicious lunch at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, we officially checked in. The flexible and humanized arrangement was much appreciated. Thank you! During the National Day holiday, the hotel also arranged Yingge dance performances, allowing us to experience Shantou culture without even leaving the premises. I loved it. It was a very pleasant stay, thank you.

There's a construction site near the hotel, which was really noisy, with work starting early in the morning. The room was fine, and the pool was also good, they even offered free swimming rings and the lifeguard was very dedicated. Breakfast had a good variety, but there's so much delicious food in Shantou that I didn't eat much of it, haha. The free 'yougan' (a type of fruit) juice at check-in was quite refreshing.

Our stay at the Shantou Marriott was fantastic, and I'd especially like to commend Ella! Her service was attentive and thoughtful, she was friendly and patient with guests, and she handled requests efficiently and appropriately. She truly made us feel at home. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shantou.

The Shantou Marriott Hotel gave us so many pleasant surprises! It's a hotel that provided our family with a very comfortable and thoughtful service experience. The room layout is exceptionally practical, and it was kept impeccably clean. Since we used a lot of water during our three-night stay, the housekeeping attendant thoughtfully provided a few extra bottles and even prepared some small snacks. The view outside the room window was also fantastic! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

The views of the bay and bridge from the window are absolutely stunning! The location is just perfect, not too far nor too close to Longyan South Road Small Park. It's also great for self-driving as the coastal road is wide and easy to navigate. The room facilities are good, and the shower water pressure and volume are both very comfortable!

Extremely pleasant. I enjoyed the sauna, listened to live music, and admired the sea view. Definitely worth it.

Every time I visit Shantou, this is my top choice. It feels just like home. They always upgrade my room whenever I stay, and the service is incredibly attentive. I always feel a pang of reluctance to leave when I check out, an experience few hotels can provide. (Perhaps it's also related to how much I absolutely adore the city of Shantou.)
