作為一個酒店愛好者，這個酒店是我在國內最喜歡的酒店，沒有之一。這個酒店無論是從酒店基礎房型就十分寬敞的空間，還是從智能設施到高檔精緻的酒店用品，都非常符合我對酒店的要求，如果讓我一個詞來描述，我衹能用“無可挑剔”來形容。酒店處處體現着高級的品質，真正的細節控。設計融合了現代美學與藝術感，意大利進口床品柔軟得讓人不想起床，戴森吹風機、B&O音響和Asprey洗護用品，每一處細節都透着精緻。睡前泡在按摩浴缸裏，看着窗外的霓虹夜景，疲憊感瞬間消散。酒店的早餐豐富精緻，各種單點的菜品都精美絕倫，配上深圳灣壯闊的海景，早上用餐讓人覺得是一種享受。酒店服務很貼心，恰到好處的禮貌，隨時關注的目光，真正的賓至如歸！如果説深圳有能讓人一住就愛上的酒店，鵬瑞萊佛士絕對是TOP級存在，下次來深圳一定還選這裏！

酒店位置優越，服務也不錯，早餐豐富。71樓，景觀更加開闊。一切都挺好，衹有一點遺憾，那就是酒店的玻璃窗，太臟了，不僅影響景觀，還影響心情。

總體還不錯，空間大，床睡着舒服，給人乾淨的體驗。泳池早上去人不多，非常自由。免費飲料種類多。深圳人才公園很近，周圍city walk方便。不過早餐的出品就有點匹配不上深圳頂奢的標準，品種少，沒有驚艷的感覺。

到了一樓禮賓部沒人搭理，我上 34 大堂大堂依然無人引導。好不容易找到了前台，桌上兩杯喝剩的歡迎茶，staff面無表情極其冷漠，直到我走都沒起過身、笑一下，最後還提醒我“如果有其他房客一定要來登記預防犯罪”，我不知道這是不是常規流程，因為我在🌰和瑞吉都是沒聽到過的。ok fine。
傍晚去 71 樓大堂酒廊歡樂時光，東西少沒什麼。還是 0 服務啊！沒人帶位，沒人問候，從坐下到起身我就像是吃自助餐。有一家人在過生日倒是有人問候。果然其實是我不配。
帶着行李到 lobby退房，迎上來一位女士説“退房是嗎”，我説是，“房卡已經還給我們了嗎”？？？？🤔我是這輩子第一次聽到這樣的話。。。怎麼了你們的房卡是集齊 7 張可以召喚神龍嗎？🌰的卡我有一打好像也不能兑獎啊，還是你們高。
回去拿寄存的行李，行李牌不小心弄丟了。我配合報了房間號和手機號，被告知需要身份證，我完全理解。掏出來遞給禮賓部小哥，他不接，我雙手捧着給他拍照。有意思😄。
喜歡花錢找罪受的可以來萊福士！給您七星級的羞辱！！！BTW吃的也很難吃
