The worst mistake booking thru you guys checking in was Hell receptionist and the manager guy was not helpful at all traveled a million miles to get to the hotel miss flights call the hotel to modify my two nights stay and no help and up paying for my one night even though I have made full payment already really don’t how to explain this but never again

Everything was great but there snacks are very overpriced

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property 4th of July! When I arrived I was frustrated to find that the hotel had doubled booked and my single bedroom room was no longer available. Not the way I wanted to start the holiday weekend with my husband. However the staff there are so wonderful! Alysia and Jessica were so helpful and kind! They executed together in team work and prepared a room with a single bed that was twice as big for the inconvenience. In days where costumer service is declining I’m extremely thankful for these two ladies whose kind act made a significant impact on my experience at Hilton! Thank you Alysia and Jessica!!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming, but what really stood out was the kindness of the staff. During my stay, I realized I had forgotten an important product at home. Although the hotel did not sell it, the woman at the front desk happened to have one in her own purse and generously offered it to me without hesitation. That level of thoughtfulness and genuine care is something you do not forget. It is rare to come across people who go so far out of their way to help a guest feel comfortable, and that small act made a big impression on me. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

The stay was good. Wish they had complimentary breakfast though. Had to k8ck out $17 a plate geez! Lol...anyway. just keep that in mine

The buffet breakfast was not up because they were short staff on March 28th ,2026 so that was disappointing but the breakfast was ok it was microwaved

We enjoyed our time at Hilton Graden Inn at Solomon’s. The staff were absolutely amazing. Anytime we needed something the staff made sure we were taken care of. Just so kind, professional, and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfy. I felt safe on the property. I had no issues with check in or during my stay. The lobby has a nice space to sit and do work or take a break from the room. They have a bar and offer some special meals on different nights (i.e. tacos on Tuesdays). I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience here and would highly recommend you stay here when in the area. Can’t wait to stay again.

Clean and quiet Check frig for overheating,leave cabinet door open, even after fixed surge protector plugs not plugged in fully

Victor and Dani are always super welcoming and have given me phenomenal customer service every stay. One of the best locations in the area tbh. Always relaxing and close to some spots for food (ruddy duck literally across the parking lot, no need to drive) Would highly recommend and already have recommended to others for business and personal stay! Thank you!
