在攜程付了全部房費作為預訂費用，後來在酒店前台又付了一次全部房費，回國後攜程告知之前在平台預付的房費要等幾個月才能退回。很無語！！！這個服務不滿意

Прекрасный отель. Все чисто, красиво, со вкусом. Расположение удобное, в отделении от шумного центра, поэтому ночью идеальная тишина. Персонал доброжелательный, обходительный. Мужчины в ресторане нас просто покорили: добрые, заботливые, внимательные, особенно Franco с его обаятельной улыбкой. Настоящее итальянское гостеприимство! А как вкусно!!! У жены непереносимость лактозы, так они все блюда и комплименты переделывали индивидуально для ее. Безумно приятно, спасибо всем огромное! Номер удобный, чистый, а вид фантастический! Вернемся сюда обязательно! Всем советуем от души.

I stayed at this hotel on 24/09/2025 with my mother it was her 80th birthdayErmelinda greeted us at the desk when we checked in she showed us to our room she had given us a full sea view beautiful room and a welcome bottle of champagne and had allowed my family to surprise my mother by allowing her to hide in the room and decorate with balloons the hotel is beautiful the choice of breakfast is fantastic and staff are polite unfortunately four days into our holiday my mother fell all staff was very helpful and a ambulance was called unfortunately my mother had fractured her femur and had to stay in hospital also we were due to checkout of the hotel on 30/09/25 but as of the accident I needed to stay in Italy longer the hotel was fully booked the hotel manager arranged with his co manager philipo to arrange alternative accommodation for me with there sister hotel Capodimonte which was a 5min walk from the hospital this hotel was very accommodating and I will also write a review however I would like to thank you all for your help and kind wishes for my mum she is making a good recovery Ermelinda you are such a beautiful and kind lady hopefully we will visit this hotel again in the future

We had the most lovely experience staying here for our honeymoon. The staff and service is top notch, the grounds are immaculate, and the views are unmatched. Our hotel had two terraces overlooking the pool and the bay, and we received turndown service twice a day. The food and drinks are delicious - they really put thought into what they put on the table. The pool area was clean and well kept, and the gardens were just impeccably beautiful. The location is fantastic too - only a quick ten minute walk to town, so close enough to enjoy shopping and the markets, but far enough away to be a quiet exclusive little haven. This was easily a 5 star experience.
