Before arriving at the apartment, the apartment has sent you an email asking whether it is Office hour or Non Office hour. So you know how you can get the keys to park, and the next morning to re-sign the documents is also quick. Thank you for the care of the staff sister, because speaking Chinese is extra friendly! If I had the chance I would stay in this park again. Worry

A great location and our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. Stayed for 3 nights on 6 floor with views of skyline and park. Easy walking distance to all South bank attractions and Westend shopping area is around the corner we for groceries and restaurants. Reception only open during office hours.

Good location, easy parking (although we didn't need the car we were so close to Southbank), 2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped although the pans are due an upgrade.

Descriptive instructions on how to check in, which was very handy especially when having to park. Good sized apartment. Some furniture eg couch needs updating.

The room was overall great but the bathrooms were a little but of a let down given the “luxury” description the hotel uses. The shower door wouldn't close. There was quite a lot of mould in both bathrooms

Location was amazing walking distance to everything and trains as well, apartment was spacious and comfortable, great bed as well!
