Brisbane One Apartments by CLLIX

The apartment is located at the top of a sloped road, about a 10-minute walk from South Brisbane station. The environment is quiet and comfortable, divided into Towers 1, 2, and 3, with a podium connecting all three buildings. There's also a car park, swimming pool, and sauna. The hallway on each floor and the rooms are very clean and tidy. Upon entering the apartment, you walk through a long corridor to an open-plan kitchen with an island design, which is very spacious. All kitchen utensils and supplies are fully stocked, including laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, sponges, and scourers. The balcony is beautifully designed with an open view, and you can see the Ferris wheel in the distance. The morning sun shines brightly, perfect for drying clothes. The washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom, concealed by a bi-fold door. I think the bi-fold door is unnecessary because you have to close the bathroom door completely to open the bi-fold door for laundry, which is inconvenient and there's a risk of pinching your fingers. Both bedrooms are very comfortable. The single room is smaller but can still fit a 28-inch suitcase without obstructing the space. Unfortunately, it has no window, but the design cleverly addresses this by using frosted glass on the wall next to the door, hoping to allow light through – a thoughtful touch. The other room, a double room, is very spacious. One side has a full-length window allowing sunlight in, and the other side has a full-length wardrobe. The wardrobe doors are large mirrors, and inside there's an ironing board, hangers, and a drying rack. The living room has a sofa, a small round dining table with three wooden chairs. In front of the kitchen island, there are two high stools. I believe the entire building consists of serviced apartments, all designed by a professional. Every piece of furniture, its placement, color scheme, and combination are just right, making it feel comfortable and homely.

The location is super convenient, within walking distance to South Bank Park, museums, and art galleries. Plus, it's clean and comfortable. We had a really satisfying stay and will definitely book again next time.

We made brunch on the balcony and had a wonderful time with family after a long while. My only minor feedback is that the explanation regarding the security deposit refund could have been clearer.

The room is spacious and comes with a kitchen and washing machine, making it perfect for families who want to cook their own meals. Facilities include a swimming pool and gym, and the room offers beautiful city views.

Extremely satisfied with our first night's stay in Australia! The apartment is beautifully designed and comfortable, fully equipped with a kitchen so we could cook our own meals and save on dining out. The room was clean and tidy, making for a great stay. The quiet environment allowed us to get some much-needed rest after our flight. Highly recommended!
