Location is very convenient, direct train line from the airport. Close to the promenade for running/walking. Museums , theaters and the library are no more than 20 minutes on foot through a beautiful park/South bank. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, cozy, everything is new.

Very close to the city center, super convenient. The check-in experience was great; the front desk service was very thoughtful and attentive. They knew I was visiting for leisure and recommended many nearby eateries, making me feel right at home.

Pretty good, I'd definitely recommend it. I'll stay here again next time. It's really convenient; there are lots of shops nearby, and it's an easy walk. It was clean and hygienic. I'll be back!

The hotel's location is convenient for transportation, and the facilities are well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. Our room was on the 2nd floor, facing the street, which was a little noisy.

The hotel's location is great, right next to South Bank Park, making dining very convenient. However, the hotel's hygiene is concerning; the bedsheets were very dirty, with stains on both beds. We later reported it to the hotel, and they changed the sheets.

Worst service I’ve had during my 2-week trip in Australia.
Trip.com offers wrong dinner package and it was a nightmare to discuss with the responsible party to get the difference back, not to mention compensation.
The reception didn’t provide the welcome wine and chocolate when checking in and even ignored it after a call, which they said to deliver them to room!!!
Will never ever go the second time….

We had an incredible experience for our anniversary with front desk (Johnny and his manager) going above and beyond last night to help us celebrate and feel welcome. Great recommendation and made a reservation for us at a local restaurant. Highly recommend .
