It’s so close to the city and South Brisbane and west end. Was a great night

Good location if you need to be close to city or Southbank parklands/eateries but not 'next door' (everything's prob a 20min walk away - although the Theatre is just about next door). Night freight trains will likely disrupt your sleep if you're in the street/rail line facing rooms - nothing too bad though. Back room (we had a 2 BR unit) is quiet (our child slept through the nights). The car parking is tight if you have a larger car (ours is a long 8 seater van - its a bit squeezy but doable). The onsite swimming pool is on the small side but fine for kids to splash around in, there is also a small gym. Unit was generally tidy and a very good size (although dishwashers could do with a clean of the grease trap)

This hotel has 3 buildings, and it is easy to find the hotels with parking ( fee 15 AUD) room is clean.

Gutes Apartment, ok Hotel.

Unfortunately the whole floor smelt like rotten garbage that leaked into the room. The couch was ripped and dirty
