The hotel's location near the tram station is very convenient for getting around, and the environment is quite good. Most of the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the facilities and room layout are really poor, making for a very uncomfortable stay!

Good, I'd choose it again next time. The only downside was the bed was too small. Also, there was no complimentary bottled water. You need to bring your own toothbrush and slippers.

The room was comfortable, and the bed and pillows were just right in terms of firmness. The soundproofing was good; aside from hearing doors open and close, I barely heard any other noise. The bathroom also had a nice separate wet and dry area.
