I usually don't leave bad reviews, but everyone needs to avoid this place. First of all, the price isn't cheap, and the room is tiny, just a bed. The bed is old and very soft (not in a comfortable way), and it feels damp. The old air conditioner is super noisy when turned on, keeping me up all night. Plus, there wasn't even basic bottled water. The room had a moldy smell, the bathroom water pressure was low, and the soundproofing was terrible; I could hear motorcycles outside.

Always a very friendly and welcoming experience upon arrival. The concierges both evening and morning helped us out greatly with an issue. Second time staying here and stands out from other hotel experiences for price and quality of room. Thanks again

They kindly stored my luggage at 8:00 a.m., which was very helpful. The staff explained everything clearly and in a friendly manner, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near a station with direct access to the airport, and it’s also within walking distance of the city center. Thanks to this, I had a wonderful and enjoyable time. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was good. The hotel is located up a small slope, but it's manageable. The credit card hold was released on the day of checkout, which was very quick. Other than that, it was just okay, nothing special. It's not far from Chinatown.

Location was good, room wasn’t very clean. There were clothing left from previous occupants. Tv didn’t work for streaming. Carpet wand furniture were warn out and did have a nice clean feel. Staff were pretty nice but couldn’t help solve issues I had raised. Over all give it 2.5 out of 5
