Quality Inn

Double paid for stay since Trip.com did not transfer money to Quality Inn. Very disappointed and still waiting for my money to be reimbursed to my credit account.

The hotel was ok the pool was clean and pur bedroom area was clean. Our light and outlet for the room coffee pot didnt work. So had to move it to a differnt spot. Shower was ok. Toilet clean and bathtub was clean but some lf the caulking looked moldy. The contential breakfast they said they had was terrible we were able to make a waffle for pur daughter but we got down there to a case where the bread was stored and there was mold piece and i think the eggs my husband eat werent great becauae he immediately had to go to the bathroom as soon as we got to the room after breakfast. Coffee was watered down.

I booked a smoke free King Room and it smelled like stale cigarettes. I called the front desk and she swear that room was non smoking and got loud with me so I hung up the phone. A few seconds later she calls back and she told me I can move into a new room. Which I did but that room needs maintenance done like the bathtub water goes out slow. However the breakfast is pretty decent. But it’s the same breakfast everyday nothing changes. When you ask staff for stuff they like to get loud with you and then talk about you in Arabic.

It was fine! You get what you pay for, you know? Property was a little run down, but it’s a clean room with a working AC. What more can you ask for?

I stayed there for 3 nights in various rooms. In one room the TV and a couple light switches were not working. The breakfast was pretty good For the most part I enjoyed My stay

The bed didn't feel clean, it had a smell. There was a problem with the flush in the toilet.

Multiple lights in the room did not work. The wiring for the A/C unit was a big metal block in the floor that I tripped over. When I tripped I almost stepped through the floor because there was a rather large hole under the carpet. Serious concern. The pool was closed with no reason as to why. The price point was okay, but after staying there it makes sense as to why.

Horrible experience. The room smelled like 50 people smoked there and never left the room. The bed sheets were stained with who knows what. The AC looked like it never seen a cleaning supply. It was just horrible. I slept on the chair just because how nasty the bed was. Only reason I stayed was because i was afraid of sleeping in my car and the hotels around were booked.
