Courtyard Stockton

Nice location and friendly staff

Stockton can be a bit of a nightmare with the worries of your car being broken into overnight, but this Courtyard is in one of the better areas. The facility is clean and attractive, and staff is consistently friendly. This is my preferred location when I stay in the area.

Pro: Renovated. King suite was comfortable, prior year. Can get breakfast in the “Bistro”/ lobby. Con: King room on street side noisy with cars streaming by. Updated but bathroom (toilet/bath/shower) has one dim light. Toilet very old. The arm of the toilet lifter was so rusted that it broke so toilet would not flush after first night. Repaired but new flapper did not seal, so toilet continued to run. Appears they left the old toilets in when renovation was done a few years ago. Tiny bathroom sink. Only room for tooth brush and toothpaste. Despite the AC, room was humid. No AC in hallways. Will stay elsewhere in the future.

The rooms were not clean. Also we had huge items stolen from our truck which was parked right at the entrance. When I called to let them know about the theft the staff was horrible and did not care one bit. We stay at Marriotts all over and this place was the worst

Staff were very nice. Bar with food available was a big plus for evening food and drinks.

We had a great stay here. The vibe was nice, the area was quiet, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was well maintained and peaceful, which made it a perfect place to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Entrance closed and under lots of construction. I arrived at 10pm after being on the road for 12 hours. No signage, call, or email regarding the construction. After reluctantly calling the hotel for direction I was told the side doors were kept unlocked for anyone to enter . Paid $204 for a night there was a hole in the shower wall due to placement of the spout being moved but was not covered. The beds were too soft made it uncomfortable for my back.
