Motel 6 Stockton, CA - Charter Way West

Sketchy area better avoid.

Sheets were stained. No hot water to shower. Called and asked and they stated that die to the hotel being pretty booked, so we would probably have to wait a few hours to shower. Maybe everyone else was showering was what we were told. No microwave, which is a 1st for me. Parking was secured. Im used to 4 pillows on a bed, only 2 provided, so bring your own if tou book here. Didnt have any pets. When we showed up there were quite a few "fees" that were on printed paper that i didnt see on the site. A $5 cash fee to even get your room key, yet when i stayed we didnt have cash and where is an atm, the fee was all of a sudden not important. Also a $25 fee if you did not take key back to the front desk, intead of leaving in room.

Area was kind of shady, but the parking lot is fenced and it makes you feel safer. Staff was great and rooms were clean and up to motel standards. Would stay here again if needed.

Atfter travelling 8 hours arrived , sheets were disgusting , Stan’s over them . No ice on a 11 degree day. The pillows are laughable . We have one towel between 2 people . Four hand towels . Had to get and change sheets the manger didn’t say sorry or anything. Disgusting

Property felt like entering a prison. The online pictures were not close to the actual motel. Would never stay here again.

Staff was terrible they took my money and and never let me check in said they wouldbgive me a refund and never honored any of it

Shower head was broken. TV did not work well. Very hard to hear staff through check in window. Gated property was a plus. Easy parking and convenient location.

Clean room and pet friendly but no microwave or fridge in room.

Pet-friendly,gated parking. Great staff very friendly. Good prices. Love this place.
