Motel 6 Stockton, CA - North

Horrible horrible place. DO NOT STAY HERE! Place has COCKROACHES and when staff was told they moved us to another room and within 10 minutes of being in that room COCKROACHES. When we told the Indian man at the front desk he began yelling said we brought them in from outside refused to refund us even though we reserved room for 2 days and had only been there 2 hours.

It took an hour to check in because it seems that rooms were not ready even though I had a confirmed reservation. So we had to wait outside in 91 degree heat because they were having everyone check in through window. AC was broken and I had to put tape over a hole that a large bug was coming out of. Almost got hit while walking from staff throwing a bag of empty soda cans over balcony. So thankful for ******* customer service help.

Dirty, people hanging out, room with no fridge or microwave, very noisy at night with no security.

Yes, the room was dirty the blanket the toilet the floor was gross. For the amount of money I paid the room was filthy and disgusting

It’s not luxurious by any means, but the staff were direct and did not come off rude. I fell asleep an hour before check out time and my ride knocked on the did but ended up leaving me😔 but the phone rang and the front desk alerted me it was check out and they were cool about it. They gave me time to wake up and collect my mental bells and get going. They were even ok with waiting for my ride to get back so that i wasn’t standing outside with a bunch of bags and a suitcase. My ride was back at about 11:17. No one ever bothered me and the neighbors weren't to to crazy. Only complaints would be there was no shower curtain. Taking a shower created a couple puddles without a towel on the ground. And the ac filter needs to be changed cause that thing smelled old.

Killed a roach in our bathroom. No blow dryer. No fridge. No iron. Other customers yelling. You get what you pay for. The check in lady was nice.

The floors were dirty and the pillows were old and smelly.

I was warned at the place I ate supper that the neighborhood was tough and not very safe

I paid ahead of time online and when i checked in they tried to make me pay again. I showed my receipt and even then she tried to say I was lying. Everything was broken and barely hanging on. Ac was working but being held by zip ties so you couldn’t even aim the vents and was honestly scared to touch it and have it all fall out. The door was banged up like it was kicked from the inside and outside. Only got one tiny pillow. House keeping comes in the room even when you ask for no service. I stayed for 3 days and all 3 days they banged on the door and came in even after I said no thank you. The towels were tiny and all stained with some black stuff. The bathroom door was tagged with spray paint and there was black mold in the door stop. I will not be staying here again.
