My reservation was upgraded and upon arrival they pulled my room and I had to wait over an hour to get a similar room. Front desk person was very nice bit the experience will prevent me from booking here again.

Rooms were nice and clean with good shampoo and conditioner provided. A/C works to keep the room cool all day. Staff are helpful and easy to talk to.

We have a great night, hotel well kept, clean and the sheets and bed really soft. Staff are friendly, great customer service. Breakfast is tasteful.

I reserved a fitness room and did not get it--even though when I was checking in I double checked I would be getting one with an exercise bike (I'm going through PT and NEEDED it)
The bed was broken

+ It was very clean and the staffs were kind.
- The shower water pressure was low.
- The coffee and hot water carafe was not kept hot so I had to ask them to replace it whenever I want to have hot water or coffee.
