ZHUOJIANSIJITANGJIUDIAN(PINGJIANGLUZHUOZHENGYUANDIAN)

We booked the 'Mizhiyin' family room at Zhuojian (拙见). The hotel is a renovated Panzhai residence with over a century of history, boasting an excellent location (5-minute walk to Suzhou Museum, less than 10 minutes to Humble Administrator's Garden). The courtyards and rooms are rustic and charming, with picturesque views at every turn, perfect for photos. Our room was very quiet, and the bedding was quite comfortable. The hotel stay doesn't include meals, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so dining isn't an issue. What truly stands out is the exceptional service. Both the owner and staff are incredibly warm and responsive to requests, proactively helping with luggage, offering complimentary coffee to guests, and even providing farewell gifts. It made us feel right at home, very welcomed and warm! If I visit Suzhou again, I'll definitely return to this hotel!

My daughter was going to Suzhou Museum, so I booked this hotel nearby. It's conveniently located and has a lovely garden feel inside, with pavilions and towers. The room facilities are complete and it's comfortable to stay in.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it convenient for getting around, and offers beautiful views while being surprisingly quiet despite its central position. The service is attentive and thoughtful; any requests are handled promptly and efficiently, making guests feel right at home. The stay experience was fantastic. Besides the standard amenities, the room also provided disposable facial towels and bath towels, which was very hygienic and convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Suzhou.

A quiet courtyard retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. There are lots of plants, but surprisingly few mosquitoes or insects – I barely saw any, and the courtyard always had a pleasant scent wafting through. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent. A big shout-out to the staff, who provided 24-hour service and were always responsive to requests. They even remembered my check-out time and helped with luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

This guesthouse easily ranks in my top five. The environment is excellent, and the small garden is a delightful surprise. We arrived during a rainy spell, and while the tourist spots outside were crowded and noisy, the hotel's tea room was incredibly cozy and relaxing. The service is personalized, with staff always available and incredibly friendly. They even deliver takeout directly to your room. Each room also provides disposable bath towels, hand towels, and toilet seat covers, which adds a great sense of peace of mind.

The B&B is conveniently located near the scenic area, within walking distance to Pingjiang Road, Humble Administrator's Garden, and the museum. The room was very quiet and well-equipped. We booked the Children's Fun room, and our child had a blast. The staff were very kind and attentive. There's Pingtan (storytelling and ballad singing) next door, making for a wonderful experience of listening to music while it rains!

The location is excellent, very close to Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Lion Grove Garden. The environment is beautiful, and the hotel itself is very photogenic. The rooms are clean and tidy, and they even provide disposable bath towels, regular towels, and toilet seat covers. The staff are warm and attentive, and their service is outstanding; they offered fruit and even traditional Hanfu for photo opportunities, which my child loved. While my parents were in Suzhou, my father's dentures broke, and the staff helped us contact a dental hospital and even assisted them with getting a taxi. We are incredibly grateful; it was a wonderful stay! 👍👍👍

The hotel's courtyard scenery is beautiful. It's so pleasant to just sit in the courtyard, sip tea, and chat, without even needing to brave the crowds in other gardens. 😄😄😄😄 The service is very thoughtful, and they even provide fruit, snacks, and tea. If I come to Suzhou again, I will definitely choose this place. 😊

The rooms are spacious, clean, bright, and comfortable, unlike some guesthouses in historic districts that can feel quite oppressive. We stayed in two different room types this time, and both were very quiet; it's hard to imagine not hearing other guests even when the place is fully booked. The location is excellent, making it convenient to visit several popular attractions: Suzhou Museum is right next door, the Humble Administrator's Garden is about a ten-minute walk, and the Lion Grove Garden is about fourteen or fifteen minutes away... This saved us the hassle of parking or taking taxis. The owner and staff were very welcoming, and the complimentary coffee was also delicious. Great!
