* Location - Excellent, right across from World Tower. - Plenty of supermarkets nearby (Coles, Asian supermarkets, etc.). * Bedroom - Complete privacy and comfortable mattress. - Ample charging points and good space for luggage/generally clean. * Bathroom & Shower - Shampoo & body wash provided/hair dryer available. - Not too crowded, spacious, and generally clean. * Kitchen (seems to be the only downside) - Microwave, coffee pot, and toaster available. - Suitable for simple meals, but actual cooking is difficult/clean. - Refrigerator & freezer provided/plenty of space. * Currently, the elevator is under renovation, so only stairs are available, which is inconvenient (expected to be completed by September). * Overall, it's a good place to stay for the price.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Capsule Hotel! It is very conveniently located in the middle of Sydney’s CBD, right in front of World Square mall, and 5 min walk away from Central train station. The staff is very kind, professional and accommodating. You can drop off your luggage before checking in and after checking out if you don’t want to carry it around while waiting for your flight or train. It feels like the place has been renovated recently, so the rooms and pods feel very clean. There’s quite a lot of space in the lockers, so I was able to fit in both my large backpack and my carry on. The bathrooms were pretty clean too. Note that at the moment there is no elevator as is it undergoing renovation, so be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs, but it should be coming back soon. There is a small kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, toaster, and small fridge, if you need to do some light cooking. It can be a bit loud at night because of the location and also because there’s a bar on the first floors of the building, but earplugs did the trick for me! Overall, I recommend this place! Be it only for a night or for a few days, it’s a comfortable hotel to stay at.

Excellent value and a great location! However, carrying large luggage up five flights of stairs was quite tiring.

No elevator!!! The elevator was out of order, so I had to carry my heavy luggage up to the 5th floor myself, which was absolutely terrible! However, they did provide bath towels and toiletries. There's no kitchen for cooking, but you can boil water. The common area is quite small, with only a few tables and chairs. The most unbearable thing is that there's only a women's restroom, no men's restroom!!! What kind of monstrosity is a shared gender restroom? This is blatant gender discrimination! I have to give a bad review!

This hostel in downtown Sydney exceeded my expectations. The overall cleanliness was excellent, and both the common areas and rooms were well-maintained. It offers exceptional value for money, especially for a city center location. The biggest highlight is its prime geographical position: the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, museums, and the State Library are all within easy reach. You can simply step out and start exploring the city on foot, saving a lot of commuting time. It's also very convenient for getting around and dining. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and will definitely prioritize choosing this place again on my next visit to Sydney.

Extremely close to my favorite supermarket, Coles, with an Asian supermarket nearby too. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's an elevator. The train station is right across the street and the tram stop is in front, making it a prime location. The front desk service was very friendly.

It would be better if the bathroom had more shelves for clean clothes. Also, the lockers in the dorm rooms should be allocated more fairly to each person. During my stay, the bunk I was assigned only had half a locker available, while two other bunks next to me had a large locker each for personal belongings. I hope more lockers can be added.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. Unfortunately, during my visit, the hotel reception and rooms were located on floors 3-5, and the elevator was undergoing renovation, which made it extremely inconvenient for guests to go up and down.
