Wingate by Wyndham Sylvania/Toledo

There was an issue with the water in the sink and shower. The water was so bad it left my skin feelingly slimy and unclean even when taking a shower and washing my hands. Had to look it up up and apparently it’s “soft water” never had such a strange and awful experience in a hotel shower. Weird

My first time at this hotel booked for my work event. I enjoyed my stay, the rooms were a nice size, I like the fact there was a microwave and mini fridge in the room. There is also a fitness and business center onsite. They serve complimentary breakfast as well. I will use them again

Good location, but housekeeping left our door open after cleaning and we figured our room was unlocked for 6 hours. In addition, our room smelled like pot when we entered the room. Very irritating.

Our stay was perfect. The breakfast was very good. Staff were very accommodating. We were able to walk around town and on the walking path along a river. We were able to get to our grandsons graduation party with ease. Highly recommend.

We liked the walkability of the property and easy access to places we wanted to visit. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was good. The staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. The only minor dislike was: The ice machine was not working the whole time we were there and we use ice everyday. They did provide ice from the kitchen when we asked.

We stayed five nights. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I love how quiet this hotel is. The room was clean and big. Room service was always there if needed. The complementary breakfast had a good variety of food and always hot. The staff was always present to re-stock and make sure everything stayed clean, and everyone had what they needed. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again… Happy guests 😊

We traveled from northern Spain, and we’ve felt very comfortable at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is high quality, and the mattress ensures a great rest. The quiet atmosphere has been fantastic, and we’ve really enjoyed our stay. Also, the woman who helped us last night was very attentive and efficient. On top of that, the hotel offers a very varied and delicious breakfast selection.

The hotel was conveniently located for visiting our family in Lambertville, MI and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and I loved that the bathroom had a built in nightlight. The only problem we had and it was an issue both mornings at breakfast, was that the coffee was not hot. We drink our coffee black so it was obvious that there was a problem. Please fix the coffee temperature and I’m happy to give you five stars!

The walls in the rooms are thin. I could hear the TV in the next room. One guest was talking on his cell and I heard every word that he said.
