I arrived at Taipei Main Station by bus from Taoyuan Airport a little past 1 AM. At that hour, I couldn't access the hotel directly from the Taipei Main Station underpass, and had to go to street level and enter through the building's main entrance. The security guard at the building's reception was kind enough to guide me to the hotel. The way there was a bit complicated, but I eventually found it. The hotel and rooms were clean, and it was comfortable enough for a simple overnight stay. Most essentials like towels and shampoo were provided, but there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste, so it's best to bring your own if needed. Near the hotel entrance, there's a small lounge area where you can enjoy free coffee and tea, and charge your phone or PC. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The toilet and shower are in the same area, and it's very convenient to have a washing machine and dryer there too. Although it's a bit hard to find late at night, I had a very comfortable stay.

The location near Taipei Main Station is indeed great, the room is clean, and the price is reasonable. The only downsides are that the bathroom is quite far away – it would be better to add a few more sinks in the corridor's empty spaces. Also, they should consider using more sophisticated security latches or chains, and improving the room's ventilation and humidification systems.

The room was more spacious and cleaner than I expected, and since I was only staying one night, I was able to relax comfortably. It was also convenient that I didn't have to go above ground at all after getting off the HSR at Taipei Station to reach the hotel. However, finding your way out of the hotel to the ground level can be quite confusing, as it's connected to other commercial facilities.

The worst hotel in all of Taiwan. They kicked me out and left me on the streets. Do NOT choose this hotel. The issue still hasn't been resolved. They took advantage of me because I'm a student and didn't offer a refund or date change.

First off, the location is incredibly convenient, directly connected to the Taipei Main Station underground walkway, which is a huge plus, especially on a rainy day in Taipei. However, the underground mall closes at night, so you have to take an elevator up to the ground level outside the commercial building, and that area can be a bit sketchy after dark with a more mixed crowd. The soundproofing is really poor. The door to the men's bathroom doesn't close properly, so the hairdryer noise just spills out. Also, the room doors use electronic locks, and every time someone opens or closes a door, it affects the neighboring rooms. As for hygiene, since it's on the third basement level, you have to put toilet paper in the trash can. But they only clean it once every 24 hours. Basically, by 10 PM, the trash cans are overflowing, and by morning, the bathroom floor is covered with used toilet paper.

Simple, clean, and affordable. A few minor drawbacks: The bed is indeed quite small. There's definitely no soundproofing; you can hear people coming and going next door. It can be a bit hard to find for first-timers. Its two entrances are: The front door is at MRT Exit Z2. The back door is on B3 of the Asia Plaza Building.
