Thamks to the unintentional action of lucky room number, thanks to Ms. sunny wang who check out for me with nice patiently listening in the reception. Silent room, pillow menu, enjoyable sleep, comfortable cottons, desirable supplies, wood toothbrush & key card. All brilliant service! Thank you & wish to see Pullman next time.

The hotel itself is located out in the far Northeast of the city, in a quiet location, but easily accessible by the fast roads. It is opposite a shopping mall with everything you need such as coffee shop, fast food etc. Conveniece store also just across the street. Check-in was easy and straight-forward and the hotel is clean and modern. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed and the best thing was the amazing bed, which was super-comfortable!
Breakfast is excellent and has both Western and Chinese buffet options. Plenty of choice here!
Service was fantastic for this stay. The second day we had a power blackout for an hour or so because of engineers across the street. The staff dealt with it very well and made sure I was looked after. Swimming pool is good too. Recommend.

絕對的星級酒店，裝修豪華，房間面積大，大堂很氣派，大家可以放心入住。
服務：服務熱情周到，入住的時候給了兩張房卡，同時熱情告知早餐在二樓，和出停車場是可以到前台掃碼免費離場。停車場電梯和客房電梯不互通，需要到一樓換乘電梯，客房區域有4部電梯，等電梯很方便。
衞生：星級酒店的標準和服務，房間一塵不染，連櫃子裏面都沒有塵土。我有一次把垃圾放在了樓道電梯旁的垃圾桶旁邊，過一會坐電梯時發現垃圾已經被清理掉了。
環境：酒店位置很好，就在快速路旁邊，出快速路後也就幾百米，需要注意的是，酒店門口的路不大，不過衹要按照導航行駛就行。酒店旁邊是居民區和學校，衹有一側臨街，但是隔音很好，聽不到公路、樓道和隔壁的聲音。
設施：停車非常方便，有專屬的地下停車場，直接導航至酒店就可以，停車場出入口就在酒店大堂旁邊。房間裏有冰箱，裏面有飲料和零食，插座也很多，櫃子裏面還有備用的乳膠枕，浴缸旁邊還提供了潤膚乳。
早餐：早餐很棒，餐廳非常大，我是五一期間入住的，但是兩個早上到2樓餐廳吃早餐時都有位置。餐廳有麪條餛飩、炒飯煎餃、麪包、蒸的麪食，還有各種水果、小菜、飲品、水果，還有一大鍋羊雜湯，而且還有兩個咖啡機。總之，餐食種類豐富、餐食供應迅速、餐廳服務人員很周到，還會幫忙打咖啡並送到座位上，收拾碗筷的速度也很快。
周邊：旁邊就是富力廣場，超市、飯館、商店都齊全，開車2分鐘就到，車可以停到商場地下停車場，上到一樓就有一家叫做貢天下的山西特產店，東西不錯。
