Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel

Vivian and Stefany were excellent, and their service was fantastic. We will come back again and again for them

Stephanie, the bartender at the lobby bar at the Sheraton Brandon Tampa, is absolutely amazing! She is friendly, professional, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Her outstanding service and great personality made our experience even better. She is amazing at what she does and genuinely cares about her guests. Stephanie is a tremendous asset to the Sheraton team!

Vivian and Alyssa were amazing servers. They made us feel like we were at home. The food was amazing as well.

The balconies are very difficult to access (the door won’t slide), there are tiles on side of pool that are missing, items on walls in halls are falling off.

We chose this hotel as we heard they had a shuttle to the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater. The hotel was decent, the room was spacious and what we needed. As for the staff? I have to pick out Pablo the shuttle driver was excellent, because he was excellent. He went out of his way to take care of us and make sure we didn’t have to wait too long to be picked up and dropped off.

Pablo, our shuttle driver… speechless. Best service ever!!! Always on time, great storyteller, great spots recommendations, mood lifter, what else can I say? We basically adopted him as our Floridian uncle. Best of the best Pablo!!!

Pablo was so fun and kind!!! He drove us to dinner and was right there to pick us up after. Fun ride!

Pablo, Francisco and the entire staff are great, good ambience and the service is outstanding. Definitely recommend the hotel for long and short stays. Shuttle service is an amazing part of the experience.
