The room was spacious with a great view, especially nice at night. It's located right above Kabukicho Ichibangai, which is lively, but it wasn't noisy at all upstairs, so the soundproofing is excellent. Dining and drinking options are very convenient. The hotel service was great, the room was clean, and they even provided a complimentary amenity box. I had a very comfortable stay.

A luxury stay from the minute you check in to when you check out
The staff were so attentive and made our stay so welcoming! My sister and I came and they gave us delicious complimentary birthday sweets - only draw back was that due to the location it may be a little noisy at night but that's the only negative.
I would definitely stay here again - the pyjamas were also one of the best and comfiest whilst we were in Japan! :)

I am AMAZED by the service and quality provided. Upgrade from Groove to Bellustar is another huge jump. Staffs greeting you along the pavement is a culture shock. The scene within the whole building is really refreshing. Furnitures and facilities no errors. How not to stay again?

Best hotel in Tokyo, room was spacious and clean. All the staff were polite and helpful. Perfect location, it was the main reason we chose this hotel. Will definitely stay there again!

The rooms are very spacious. The moment you step into the hotel, you're ushered into a wonderfully private space, feeling a world away from the bustling Kabukicho district below.
