The room facilities are relatively new, and the hygiene and soundproofing are excellent. The transportation is also quite convenient. The hotel offers great views of Tokyo Bay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

They provided a pour-over coffee maker and a matcha whisk, so I could make my own matcha and coffee daily, both of which were high quality. The drinks in the mini-bar were free; since I don't drink alcohol, I asked them to replace everything with water.
Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic.
Environment: There's a convenience store downstairs, and a subway/light rail station within a ten-minute walk. It's only one subway stop to Ginza. It was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The lobby faces Tokyo Bay, offering beautiful views.
Service: Exceptional, and communication in English was flawless. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious and exquisite options.
On the day of checkout, I felt unwell, so I asked the front desk if I could have a late checkout. They extended it until 2 PM and proactively sent someone to help with my luggage.
Overall, it's a great hotel and highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again.

This is our top choice when bringing kids to Lingshui! The Sanyue Hotel is incredibly family-friendly. The kids' play area and heated pool kept our little one thoroughly entertained, and we also booked some of the hotel's parent-child activities – the staff were so caring. The room even had kids' slippers and toothbrushes, perfect little touches! Our butler, Suyue, was attentive without being intrusive, truly making our stay worry-free and comfortable. This is definitely a hidden gem of a hotel, and we'll be back for our next vacation!
