I was over the moon when I managed to book a room at Muji Hotel Ginza, considering that it’s always booked out. The location is unbeatable and Muji’s own strong design identity made this stay even more enjoyable. There is free food at the lounge daily from 4:30 onwards and the buffet breakfast is very nice. Room is well maintained and clean. To reach the hotel from Ginza Subway station, take exit C8.

Overall services were great.
But the furniture in the room was a bit old and may need some upkeep. The floor of the shower room was slightly slippery perhaps due to lack of scrub.

Room was nice and clean. Condition was exactly as what you see from the website. Very conveniently located within the shopping street of Ginza. Type C room has sufficient space for 2 but if you have big luggages then your walking space will be limited taken into account of its layout. Overall was still good and I will sure come back to stay with them again.

Great stay! Clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. Great location near the Ginza shopping area, with easy access to everything. Well maintained and highly recommended.

The Muji Hotel Ginza is what you'd expect from Muji, clean and comfortable.
The location is convenient, the a couple minutes walk away from Metro entrances and the main Ginza street.
First thing you notice after sleeping here is how quiet it is. For those that are looking for a good night's sleep, this is a good place to be.
The hotel lobby is located on the 6th floor, along with its cafe and hotel guest dining area.
The only downside is there's no convenience stores (Lawson or 7-11) nearby.

Excellent location!
Clean and well maintained room under the brand. Room size a bit smaller than average but not a deal breaker.
Recommend getting a bigger suite or type.

great stay! was lucky enough to stay at the muji hotel for 8 nights. the service was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and big enough for us to open our luggage comfortably with no issues.
the location was perfect, right in the heart of ginza — super easy to pop back to the hotel for a quick rest and drop off shopping bags before heading out again. the only downside was that there wasn’t a convenience store right downstairs, so we had to walk a bit to the nearest one.
definitely pricey though!
