It's a good deal when the price is low, after all, it's one of Dormy Group's high-end hotels. The room layout is similar to other Dormy hotels, but it's definitely comfortable to stay in. Taking the Yurikamome line to various Tokyo attractions is a bit expensive. The food at Toyosu Market across the street is quite pricey for tourists, so the value for money isn't great.

They charge for the gym, which is a bit of a bummer since I booked this hotel specifically to run along Tokyo Bay. The onsen (hot spring bath) would have been great, but it was packed with a Korean tour group, so the experience was just okay. If you're here for an exhibition, I think hotels near the Aeon Ariake mall would be more convenient.

The room view is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend booking a corner room on the 10th floor or higher – the view is incredible! The hot spring bath is also very relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast at the hotel were delicious. Plus, there are plenty of attractions nearby!
The only downside is that parking is a bit pricey.

Nice new modern hotel, good access to metro trains and walking distance to Teamlabs.
Amenities were frustrating though we booked this hotel specifically for its swimming pool but once there were told it's paid access and children under 12 were not allowed to use it, my daughter is 10 and has been swimming for 9yrs so this was bad amenity service for a major hotel. On the flipside the ANA Crown Plaza at Tokyo Narita had no such restrictions.

Facilities: Very nice, with beautiful views. However, the location is a bit inconvenient, so those with a lot of luggage might have to take a taxi to get here.
Cleanliness: The hot spring was very comfortable and spacious, but it was also very crowded. The free massage chairs, cold drinks, and ramen outside were also great.
Service: Their English was average, but the attitude was still good.
The hotel's soundproofing to the outside was mediocre; I could hear motorcycle noises. Luckily, it wasn't too noisy on the last day of the New Year.

For sisters on a budget, this place is a great option. It's not expensive and just a 3-minute walk from Cheon-wang Market subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. You can also enjoy the free hot springs. The front desk staff downstairs were incredibly helpful, even processing our check-in with their limited Chinese, which was really sweet. Overall, the service is quite good, and the environment is decent. The rooms aren't huge, but they're clean and the facilities are complete. There's a gym, but you need to book in advance; if you don't, you won't be able to get in. Plus, there's a fee of a few dozen RMB.

The onsen and breakfast were really amazing.
Downside was the location. Took GO taxi to everywhere as a big family group (the app was able to locate big van without 5-10 min) but that was quite expensive.
