Xander Hotel

A very cozy and quiet hotel. I loved the cozy room with a robe, the small fitness room, and the free access to the spa with a pool and hammam. I was also very pleased with the free unlimited coffee in the lobby.👍

The hotel has its own courtyard, which is reassuring to park there. The front desk staff can communicate in English and are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, clean, and tidy. The facilities are excellent; it's the only hotel I've stayed in in Russia that provides tissues. Located in the city center, it's conveniently situated with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I spent both days walking around exploring the city. It's vibrant, colorful, and lively, bustling yet tranquil, simple yet luxurious. The sunset over the Tom River is particularly stunning. I really love this city.

A well-maintained, clean, compact, and quiet hotel in the courtyards of the city center. Excellent staff and overall a fairly comfortable stay. A small fitness center, a swimming pool, a sauna, and a hamam-like facility (with limited opening hours) are available in the basement. Drawbacks: some interior design flaws—turning on the bathroom light requires fiddling with the front door, and operating the bedside light requires standing upright or performing acrobatic feats.

Everything was wonderful! The level and service were top-notch, the best in the city!
