Holiday Inn Express & Suites TULSA SOUTH - WOODLAND HILLS by IHG

What we thought was a finally a decent, albeit dated room, where we could get a good night’s sleep turned into a dash to the door. Upon pulling back the sheets on one of the beds I found a live bug! I took a video and a couple of photos to show the front desk (can’t upload video). Just going in circles in the center of the bed living its best little life under the sheets.

Excellent stay. Room was clean, dark, and comfortable. Fitness room had the AC running and the TV on the machines working (also had multiple machines). Breakfast was solid. Staff was friendly. Couldn't ask for more.

This is our third time staying at this hotel and it is a family favorite! Close to everything, a nice pool, clean rooms. If i had any suggestion it would just be that the pool furniture is aging a bit. On a few of the pool chairs/loungers the fabric was really worn. Still a great stay and would return again.

Enjoyed the convenience of the mall ,Walmart and good places. One of the best decision I made. Dislike that I had to request room service to clean / It should be automatic

My stay was less than ok, the front desk was fine at check in. After that I had no contact. My room had a very stale odor when you walked in, eventually it went away or I got use to it. Also I got a room with a jetted tub. They never cleaned the tub for me, nor did they have cleaning supplies in the room, so the 1st day I used it, I had to use a hand cloth to wipe the bottom and rinsed it out before using. Luckily the 1st day they did replace the towels and made my bed. After that the tub stayed dirty, I could only remove so much dirt without cleaning supplies. No towel changes, no trash can empty, nor did they make the bed.
