Hotel Indigo TULSA DWTN-ENTERTAINMENT AREA by IHG

The photo stand in the lobby was super cute and free and fast to use. The Roof Sixty Six bar was really fun. Great vibes, great service. Everyone who worked there was very friendly. If we need to stay downtown again, we will probably go back.

Great experience

We stayed here for one night for a business trip. The hotel rooftop bar was fun but smelled of **** outside the entire hour we were there. Other guests commented on it as well but the staff made no attempt to do anything. Our outlet in the bathroom kept tripping and didn't work. We reported it to the front desk. When we came back from dinner they had taken a look but said it needed a fuse; they offered to move us or provide an extension cord to use with an outlet in the room - we appreciated the cord and made it work. They did not have enough valets in the morning. We waited 15 minutes by the valet area and no one ever helped us or made eye contact coming back to get other cars - I finally found a person and gave them my ticket and said we needed our car. Room cleanliness was a 3.5 - a nail was in the toilet bowl water - so weird, and the side table was dirty and not wiped off from food/grime. Overall it was nicely decorated with a fun vibe, and our check-in staff member was a friendly person.

I am a regular visitor to Tulsa. This is the best hotel downtown. The rooms are minimalist and can be a bit dark, but they are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are nice. Excellent value.

The property itself is stunning and the bar was amazing! I stayed for 5 nights for my parents anniversary party/visit family. I shared a room with my sister and she arrived before me, I arrived early morning maybe 2-3am. The front doors are locked at night but there is a phone outside to call the front desk to be let in but unfortunately I called 3 times in a row and let it ring and it was never answered. I could hear it ringing from outside though. Thankfully my sister woke up and came to let me in but before she could get downstairs a few other guests walked up with a room key that opened the door and let me in . We got inside and those guests started loading up on snacks from the little lobby store while I waited from my sister to come downstairs. After they stood at the counter for help one of them noticed the attendant was on a back office asleep in the chair. Those guests ended up just going behind the desk to grab a sticky note and pen to write their items down along with a room number so the attendant could charge it when she came to the desk. They had mentioned to is that if we wanted any items to write them down because "this person" is asleep often on her shifts when they stay which they stay every month for a week so this is a regular occurrence. The older gentleman even offered to grab me a beer from the locked case which he opened using a ring of keys he grabbed from behind the desk in a drawer. The experience was just odd but I was tired and ready for bed. A few days into my stay I locked myself out of my room when I left to grab my doordash and she was asleep again into a chair and ihad to say excuse me several times before she woke up and she was very rude that she had to get up and make me a key. Didn't even respond when I thanked her. It's taken me over a week to post this because I didn't want to get anybody in trouble but decided to after I called to speak to a manager and they never returned my call. I think it's a security issue if the person responsible for the property at night is asleep while guests roam unassisted and I would think that a lot of items from their store walk away without ever being paid for.

The staff was easy to work with, as I had a schedule change. If in Tulsa again, I would stay in this facility.

Great location, within walking distance to great steakhouses & the rooftop bar had great views & even better drinks!

The hotel was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would say if you’re looking to be in bed early you might look elsewhere. This is definitely a loud scene at night. Multiple bars across the street and loud cars and motorcycles leaving the bars.

I was pleasantly surprised especially since I checked out of LaQuinta Hotel Airport/Expo (Bates Motel).
