Good facilities. Location right at the train station for cable car. Next to supermarket, but a bit far from restaurants n center. Value for money

This hotel is quite big, and the rooms are also big! It is right by the river, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the old town. It is very comfortable to walk there. And you will pass several bridges along the way to see the quiet living area on the other side of the river.

Hotel war super! Man hat in der nähe einen Eurospar fürs Einkaufen von Lebensmitteln und keine 5 Minuten entfernt ist der Einstieg zur Nordkettenbahn TOP of Innsbruck. In die Innenstadt kommt man zu Fuß auch recht schnell durch einen Park. Im gesamten Klasse Hotel!

Near tram station and there is a supermarket next to the hotel. Room is a bit outdated but still look clean. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was around 5 mins walk to the tram that head up to Nordkette (Top of Innsbruck), and around 10 mins walk to the heart of old town. There was a supermarket right beside the hotel as well. The hotel has a carpark, elevator and breakfast.
Rooms were spacious, bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. Basic amenities & toiletries were provided as well.
Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly and helpful. We managed to get an Innsbruck Tourist Card for each guest that stayed in the hotel, this card offered discounted/free public transportation (but does not include the ride up to Nordkette).
Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Hotel is far from skiing slopes. Apart from that, good price and we really like that they give cucumber waters, donuts and croissants during our stay.
