I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Utrecht - Central Station by IHG. The location is unbeatable—right next to Utrecht Central Station and within walking distance of the city center, shops, and restaurants. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing despite the central location.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I especially appreciated the convenience of being connected to Hoog Catharijne shopping center while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Utrecht and would gladly stay here again.

The location is fantastic, with the entrance right on the ground floor of a shopping mall. It's incredibly convenient to just grab some things and take them straight back to the hotel. It's also only about a 5-minute walk from the central station, though you do have to go to the second floor of the mall from the station and then find an elevator down to the first floor to reach the hotel entrance.
The staff were amazing, and most of the breakfast items were uploaded (presumably meaning they were readily available or well-presented).
The hotel's only drawback is the terrible soundproofing. You can clearly hear people walking upstairs, and even a door closing next door makes the table in the room shake. If you don't mind the noise, this hotel is definitely the top choice in Utrecht.

Room is not big but with high ceiling, I don't feel it too small. Mini bar in room offer free coffee capsule x 6pcs!! I finished 5 for the 2 evenings. 😁 Room is a bit cold with aircon, and started getting too warm after a few hours of heating. Common problem for hotels. It will be better if the shower bracket can be adjusted. But already feeling satisfied with the steaming hot water + good water pressure. In general, the stay is a good experience.

The room isn't huge, but the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right above the Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. We also happened to be there during the weekend market, which was less than a minute's walk away, offering all sorts of local cheeses, fries, flowers, and specialties.

Exceptionally high quality. Soundproof and cleanliness are impeccable. Bathroom is always kept dry through effective ventilation to maximise comfort. Breakfast is very good despite not many choices. And location is great!
