"Absolutely devastated by my recent experience at a supposed 5-star hotel. After paying a hefty $500 per night, I arrived to find my reservation non-existent. Hours of waiting, uncleaned rooms, and endless frustration later, I'm left questioning the very definition of hospitality. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. #Unacceptable #CustomerServiceFail #5StarHotel?"

Shuttle boat is helpful but the location is a bit far. Need to take water taxi to and from the hotel with luggages. The hotel facility is new and clean.

The hotel and room are very good. Free shuttle was provided between hotel and San Marco at the time of my visit. The staff is very helpful and handle my request promptly. I also enjoy the time in blue bar which has excellent service and food. Highly recommended.

Great hotel to stay in….. would prefer is hotel shuttle accommodate the luggage movement to and from the hotel

晚上很安靜，房間床睡覺舒服，從維也納過來腰疼，睡了一晚好了，入住時房間是一張大床，要求換了雙床，因為更換房間耽誤晚餐時間，經理親自服務我們到餐廳讓我們就餐等待，還免單了酒水和沙拉，入住期間房間整理及時晚上開床，早餐豐富，晚餐好吃，晚上喝杯酒吹着海風很愜意，泳池温度恆温，海水🌊不冷可以下海游泳，有孩子遊樂園，酒店每半小時有免費船到主島，到晚上 11 點結束，非常方便，住了 3 天很愉快， 下次來還住這裏
