I thought this hotel was good, with a good location and nice rooms. When I left, I found that I had received a ticket for parking 10 meters away from the hotel entrance. They said there was a sign in German saying that we could not park there. We knew German, but we didn't see it. The waiter who received us looked very enthusiastic, but he actually watched us park without telling us that we could not park. Afterwards, I wrote to the official email, and they replied in a very arrogant way that it was my own responsibility, saying that their official language was German, and it was our own responsibility that we did not see it! This is outrageous!

Come here especially for the name, and it really lives up to its reputation. The landscape and room facilities are absolutely top-notch. Even though it was low season, the service was excellent. The dishes at the Michelin restaurant downstairs don't feel so refined

I stayed few times in Park Hotel and definitely every time I had the best time of my life. Even when it was raining it was still something to do and enjoy this beautiful Hotel. They have the best restaurants there with delicious selection of different food. The Hotel Director (Urs) is such a nice guy, who makes sure that that all guest feel at home at Park Hotel. Can‘t wait till next time, when I can stay again in this Hotel.
