本來覺得這酒店挺好的，好位置，好房間。走的時候發現居然因為停在酒店門口10米的地方吃了張罰單。説是用德語在某個地方樹了個牌子，説不能停那。我們是懂德語的，沒看到，接待我們的服務員看起來很熱情，但居然眼睜睜看着我們停車不告訴我們不可以。事後我寫信給官方email，居然言辭非常傲慢的回覆説，是我自己的責任，説他們官方語言是德語，我們沒看到是我們自己責任！豈有此理！

This is a stunning 5 star hotel on Lake Lucerne. We chose it particularly for the views, beautiful suites, and spa. It was better than expected in all categories. We also enjoyed the wine tour of the cellar which was incredible. Food was top notch as was the service all around. We highly recommend this hotel.
