此次來萬寧住了兩家酒店，艾美的服務非常好，尤其是微信客服angela，入住之前提供了酒店各種服務設施詳細介紹，入住期間更是為我們升級了地平線餐廳自助早餐，即使退房之後聯繫angela開具發票，也是當天就得到反饋！下次來海南還是會入住艾美！

雖然酒店建成時間比較久了，但是設施這些比預想好太多，也沒有想象中有黴味，酒店整個環境很不錯，親子活動也很多，期間Kim管家安排到位，處理問題也很及時，還為我們升級了房型，體驗到兩個餐廳不同的早餐

本來不想給滿5星的，但是管家Angela從入住前一天的跟進，入住期間的回覆！離店後的關心都非常滿意，所以這個好評是給管家的！下面説一下這次入住給到我的一些其他感受：如果按照一個萬豪旗下淡季一晚1K以上的度假酒店來説，那就有點差強人意了，房間設施老舊，這個沒辦法，老酒店通病。小童礁湖嬉水池，浴巾礦泉水很難找。早餐可能我剛從仁恆過來，差距有點大了！7點開餐我們7點半去的，前面就一個服務人員刷了一下房卡，然後沒有領位，寶寶椅是我們自己去找的，同樣價位絕對就是降維打擊！人家哪哪都是工作人員，我去標準泳池游泳點了杯喝的和一份喜歡，居然是打包用一次性盒子送過來的！點了20分鐘才送來！希望管理層能重視，親子度假酒店細節真的決定一切，希望酒店越來越好！

房間做了升級，帶私人泳池，適合小朋友戲水；
酒店位置距離神州站很近，沙灘🏖️絕美，酒店泳池與海相接，拍照📸非常出片；
喜歡艾美酒店的設計風格，雖然都是萬豪旗下，在與隔壁威斯汀之間選擇了艾美，電梯，大堂，通往房間的長廊，沙灘，泳池都很出片；
小童遊玩設施設備齊全，適合親子游，不出酒店也可以海邊泳池邊躺上一整天！

我帶着孩子奔赴萬寧開啟度假模式，入住了石梅灣艾美酒店，體驗感簡直拉滿，必須好好分享一番！
剛踏入酒店，那種熱帶海濱的獨特氛圍就撲面而來，葱鬱的熱帶綠植、澄澈的泳池，幾步路就能抵達的細膩沙灘，孩子瞬間就被這景色吸引，興奮得不得了。
這次我們預訂的是小童親子房，一打開房門，孩子就歡呼着沖了進去。房間佈置得童趣滿滿，一張大大的小童帳篷立在角落，帳篷裏放着各種益智玩具，像拼圖、積木還有可愛的毛絨玩偶 ，孩子迫不及待地鑽進帳篷開啟了自己的“小世界”。房間裏還專門準備了小童搖搖馬 ，孩子玩累了就坐在上面晃悠，一臉滿足。床鋪也很貼心，除了舒適的大床，還有一張小小的小童床，上面鋪着印有卡通圖案的床單被罩，孩子往床上一躺，開心得直打滾。衞生間裏，小童專用的小牙刷、小牙膏、小拖鞋和小浴袍一應俱全 ，每一處細節都盡顯酒店對小朋友的用心。
在服務方面，工作人員的熱情和耐心讓我印象深刻。辦理入住的時候，前台小姐姐不僅快速高效地幫我們安排好了房間，還貼心地為孩子送上了一個可愛的小玩偶 ，孩子立馬就被逗樂了。入住期間，不管是詢問酒店設施還是諮詢周邊好玩的地方，工作人員都會微笑着詳細解答，讓人心裏暖暖的。每天的夜床服務也很到位，工作人員會幫忙整理好床鋪，真的超貼心！

大床房是兩張拼起來的，巨大巨大的床，一家三口隨便滾。房間裏面有抽濕機，房間也大，定的泳池房，非常方便，開門就是泳池，小孩喜歡的不得了每天也會有人來清理泳池。有小孩的浴袍拖鞋，管家服務好，回覆很快。房間離大堂餐廳海邊都近。酒店有超市，有水果零食之類的，很方便。有個小童樂園三歲小孩玩的也開心，旁邊也有些親子活動。
