Comfort Inn & Suites Watertown - 1000 Islands

It was wonderful stay

Staff is super friendly and helpful! Room and bathroom were very clean, elevators could use some carpet cleaning but otherwise the overall envirorment was neat and clean. AC worked perfectly and we actually prefer the mattresses there compared to some of the other (more expensive) hotels we've stayed in in the area. We plan to stay there again in the future.

Our stay for two night was a bit trematic on our part. Our car broke down and we were forced to rent a car to get back home 2 hours away. The staff and especially the airport shuttle driver were awesome and helpful. So willing to assist us with all of our needs. We really appreciated all their care they extended. The room was clean and quiet. We will stay there again on our next visit.

It was ok, not the cleanest or well maintained hotel. I read online that the pool was closed for renovations I asked the front desk if it was open which they said it was. Definitely not renovated the bottom was dirty and a light fixture was floating in it. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful but we would not stay there again.

Great breakfast, good choices, plenty of seating and kept well stocked and clean. I really prefer staying places where the room is cleaned daily but we were only there 2 nights so it wasn’t an issue

TV channels don't match their ID on the TV so it's confusing to watch and find a channel. Otherwise, everything else was fine! :-)

There wasn't anything negative about this property. For the price comparatively, I was expecting to find something I didn't like. Fact is everything I saw and experienced was very good. From the room to the free breakfast to the location to the front desk associate, ALL VERY pleasant. I've stayed at the near by more expensive hotels but now the Comfort Inn has earned my business. Why pay more when you're just trying to find a nice, safe place to stay?

the property is not up to the best on cleanliness, or comfort. The sofa's in the room as well as the reception area are way past their time. You sit, you sink! The pool was not up and running. The breakfast is very poor and not a lot of choice. The rooms are very old and need updating. The picnic table at the back that I used for a smoking area is worn, loose and dirty. I don't think I would stay there again.

The stay was very comfortable room was very clean and the staff was amazing the only problem was that the gym and the pool they were unavailable to use and that was very important for my daughter in the selection of the hotel it should have been awarded at time of booking would stay again if amenities became available
