Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive.
There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

Service was tip-top throughout our stay! Our wechat service lady Gill 梁燕设 response was super fast, prompt, and exceeded our expectations! As the hotel was near the sea, the rooms were highly moist though. The walk to the beautiful beach was super convenient plus there were place to dine by the beachfront!

The hotel staff, particularly Liang Yan, provided exceptional service! They were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. Liang Yan went above and beyond with recommendations for local attractions and hidden gems nearby. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and can't wait to stay here again! Highly recommended.

Hilton Wenchang is a fantastic hotel to escape from the hustle city.
The amenities and facilities are good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Some of them can speak English.
The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathtub and a big balcony with stunning views.
Regarding the exterior, there were multiple pools but some of them were under maintenance. The beach area was incredible, clear water and white sand.
Hilton Wenchang is definitely a nice place to stay and relax. Highly recommend!

The location is a little far from the train station, but the hotel shuttle bus was easy to find and easy to book! All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I had not problems booking a massage, going to the beach, or finding me room. Check in and check out was simple and fast. One of the staff/managers spoke English and gave her WeChat to us. She helped with everything from booking items, getting the shuttle, and checking in. I really appreciate GIL’s help! I would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again!

Hilton Wenchang is located on a beautiful property, having a great staff kindly extending most excellent hospitality to our family all the way from the swift check-in, breakfast, happy hour in the lobby lounge, kids club with great activities as well as the refreshing outdoor pool.
I also need to mention that our daughter was super excited to see the space rocket launch from the tropical beach just a short walk from the hotel. A memory for a lifetime!
