優點：酒店的位置不落，看落日很美，植物很漂亮，像一個大花園。soaj很舒服，面對大海。缺點：房間設施有點陳舊，服務一般，房間的mini bar 和落日紅酒是收費項目，標識不清楚，我們以為都是免費項目，幫客人叫出租車費用很高。總體評價：酒店整體一般，不值3000多的價格，性價比不高。

We returned from a 7 day stay at Zanzi Resort at the end of October. The location of this resort is beautiful and the grounds are stunning. Our villa with plunge pool was beautiful. The daily cleaning service was ok but more often than not we had to ask for glasses and cups which had not been replaced and on occasion, water. The towels in the bathroom looked a bit worse for wear, being decidedly grey and were not always fully replenished. Also, by the end of the 7 days, the pool area looked dirty with debris from trees and bushes that was never cleared. The serving staff were extremely eager to help but it was evident to see that some lacked proper training by resort management. The food could be a bit of a challenge. Breakfast was average and lunch was usually awful, some dishes being inedible, (chicken open sandwich and mini burgers being the worst). Evening meals were usually good apart from a chicken skewer I was served on the first night containing some uncooked chicken, resulting in two days in bed with food poisoning. The resort also boasts an outdoor gym. I was disappointed to find this was almost non existent with only a couple of dumbbells and a yoga mat. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Zanzi Resort. There is only so long a resort can survive on looks alone.

This place is pure paradise!! We were warmly greeted by the staff at the late hour we arrived and were quickly checked in due to just coming off safari. The samosas and fruit platters left for us in the villa that evening were much needed. The villas are simply stunning, spacious, modern and feature their own plunge pool which is ideal in the very warm sun. The food was extremely tasty, with a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner with room service being included in your stay. The staff were simply fantastic - they were friendly, inquisitive and just overall very personable. Do not expect super quick service as the relaxed ‘Pole pole’ approach is very much taken across Zanzibar. Special mention to Alex, Geoffrey and Ivan who made breakfast, lunch and dinner so great! My wife had a massage during our stay, and said that Ria was fantastic. Very relaxing by the sea. My only minor criticism is the resort should have informed us that there were minor building works going on. It did not affect our stay as our villa was far away but drilling and hammering while eating lunch was not exactly ideal. It was almost ignored by the senior staff and no-one mentioned it to us. Strange these works weren’t carried out in the low season. Overall this place is paradise in every sense of the word and we would 100% come back. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so special! We did not want to leave.

That’s truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We booked an ocean-view villa with a private pool, and it had everything we could possibly need. The highlight was the small private deck where we could watch the sunset — simply magical. 🌅 The food was delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The only downside was that service at the restaurant was a bit slow, since every dish is à la carte. But honestly, when you’re on holiday, that feels like just a minor detail. The room was cleaned twice a day, which made our stay even more comfortable, and the massage at the spa — with the sound of the waves in the background — was absolutely magical. ✨🌊 We absolutely loved our stay, and if we return to Zanzibar, we would definitely choose this hotel again ❤️
