Comfort Inn & Suites Wichita Northeast

I was given the wrong room , I had two full size beds not 2 Queen and had no TV or internet.

There was a long wait to check in with no one to help. Tv didn't work after it was turned off . Weak wifi ...phone didn't work so you had to go to the desk to get them to fix the tv. Over al a 5 out of 10 at best.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly.  However, there was nothing but ice as far as amenities go.  The snack station was there, but there was nothing in it to buy.  There were no vending machines.  The included breakfast was a few prepackaged muffins and nutrigrain bars, coffee and juice.   I have attached pictures of the room.  Door frames were completely broken.  Door would hardly open or shut.  The toilet seat was broken, the exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the smoke detector was hanging by the wires.  The shower would not turn off if you tried to take a bath, and the plug did not work to keep the water in the tub when attempting to take a bath. Most of these issues are routine maintenance items.  For $87.14, I would at least except a well maintained hotel room.  Room 118 was not that room. Thank you for the opportunity to submit a review.

We stayed in the Suite this time, amazing. So much space! We stay here often but never got a suite room. Loved it!

Pool was out of service. Gross stains on the carpet. Not very clean. This place has become a dump.

It was clean and comfortable. However the shower did not work nor did the tub plug. Breakfast at 8:30 was depleted. There was no water or mild for cereal. Supplies and food was sparse. A rather disappointing stay at a Comfort Inn.

Breakfast was awful. The pool was green with a diaper floating in it. The rooms smelled like dirty dogs.

It was okay, I may or may not ever stay again. When we first got there we completely ruined our pants from leaning up against the desk and night stand, it was as though they just stained all the wood in our room and it wasn’t dry. When we told the front desk the said they’d haven’t management reach out but that never happened. My husband also went down to purchase a couple snacks and drinks that was $8 and the manager tried to charge his card $60. I was almost charged for the incidental fee twice the next day but luckily my card was locked. The breakfast wasn’t very good the orange juice was watered down. The tv was messed up the words were behind the actual picture. They didn’t open the whole pool even though it was hot outside…. The bed was nice..

Pool was filthy!! Cloudy and green!! No towels to use…. Little outside pool sitting area! Hot tub was also dirty and cloudy, barely warm! Area needs serious maintenance. Room was ok. Breakfast was good.
