Aloft Wichita

The room was clean. That’s the end of the good. TV was out in the entire hotel. Was told it was due to the weather, which was slightly cloudy - not buying that excuse. Th wi-fi was too slow to stream anything. Reminded me of dialup. The “couch” a build in bench was too uncomfortable to sit on. The bed was uncomfortable. I ended up sitting up against the headboard to sleep. The windows have electric blinds. When they are up there is no sheer blind so I didn’t feel comfortable allowing anyone passing by to see in. There was no clock in the room. The shower was so weak it was practically impossible to get rinsed off. The faucet was loose on the sink. Handicap parking was a long way from the door. I had to go get car and drive up to the door to pick up my wife. Upon check in the attendant refused to look at my comparison rate from Priceline for the exact same hotel. I’ll never stay in an Aloft hotel again. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The location was a little off the beaten path but that's ok. The rooms was fun and very clean. I loved this hotel. Extremely clean everywhere. Room and bed very comfortable. Excellent friendly staff. Good location. Very modern hotel. I love their shampoo and soap scent. I do miss the iron in the room. I was surprised there was no steamer which is normally present. Games in the lobby, good bar, nice pool and outside area with a pond to look at. Noise was nonexistent. If in the area I will return.

I usually don’t write reviews but read the most recent reviews before our trip which got me a little worried. Since our arrival, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - the front staff is extremely friendly (day or night), especially Ms. Amber, and the rooms and hotel in general are very clean. We had a great time and will definitely come back!

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I'm in Wichita. The staff are topnotch, they have a fun lobby bar, games and it's fun place to stay.

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this location.

The shower needs some rethinking. The door has to be open to set the temperature of the water and gets water all over the floor. The pressure is way too high with the head that is on it. It should have a larger head that is adjustable for softer flow. The soap dispensers are behind the water fall and should be moved to the side wall so you don’t have to reach thru the water to get soap.

Great property and staff were amazing! It was very pet friendly and had an outdoor area for dogs. There was an outside area to get lay games and hang out. The only issue was that it was very loud at night.

Very clean and all the staff were so nice made you feel welcome. Check in was the fastet I ever check in a hotel. And she was very friendly. Give her a raise. Def I would book over and over

The warm weather during the day made us thankful for an efficient AC, and for a heated pool when we swam in the cool evening. The staff were SO friendly, and the accommodations were very family friendly and we felt very safe.
