Best Western Woodland Inn

This hotel was a mess. The rooms were dirty, the bedding was stained, and had hair on it. There was masking tape on the walls from a subpar paint attempt. Stained tub, and dim lighting. The younger attendant that so called assisted us was rude and acted like we were a hassle for her. The attendant that helped the following morning was kind and did what she could for us. The wife and I don't feel like we should stay at BW hotels, because of this experience.

my oh my was this place a nightmare super outdated i stayed long enough to meet the staff and all i can say is thank you cassandra !! i had lost all hope in decent coustmor service but you your were so helpfull for what you are given to work with i left you a tip i hope you got it you deserve it thank you!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Rooms are gross. Hot tub didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work. And- they overcharged for our stay by $160 Another family in our party is experiencing the same thing- overcharged for stay. The hotel manger is unfriendly and unwilling to make things right.

Room had several issues. Dirty windows/bent broken window screen/light bulb out in side lamp/ loose faucet in bathroom/stopper in sink didn't work/ toilet wouldn't shut off. Person at front desk was by herself and pretty clueless. Not going to return.

Terrible check in. ******* confirmation provided, but I wasn’t in the hotel system. I patiently waited while front desk worked to resolve. She never thanked me for being patient or apologized for the inconvenience. Our room was stuffy, outlets in bathroom didn’t work, bedside table lamp didn’t work, old tvs- couldn’t log in to Netflix or anything, and the worse part was that there was no hot water. It wasn’t even lukewarm, so wasn’t able to take a shower.

Room was good staff was awesome but the food breakfast was terrible ran out of everything so quick eggs we so smushi but rather then that pretty good

The breakfast ran out on one morning, and was cold the next. The pool was closed the hot tub was closed, the staff e was short it noon existent and the place gave brother vibes

The room had a musty odor and grimy carpet. The bathroom floor was sticky, there was mold in the shower, water never got hot, the towels were worn thin and didn’t look particularly clean, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were very small and half full. Thin walls, could hear neighbor’s TV at high volume late at night. Housekeeping not done every day. Arm chair was faded and had a whole. Electric outlet was loose, plugs wouldn’t stay in.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and quickly checked in at front desk. Was disappointed to hear the pool and hot tub were under maintenance but not noted on website. Was pleased to book a spa tub room though.
