Best Western Woodland Inn

We had to wait nearly 30 minutes just to find someone to check availability. When we did find someone they seems unprofessional and unconcerned but said they had a room. The price was high but we were tired so we took it. We opened the door to find it slept in and a mess. We backed out and immediately checked out. We were assured we would not be charged but the charge went through two days later. They do not answer their phones - you can let it ring 50 times or more. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get the money back. They are shady.

This hotel was a mess. The rooms were dirty, the bedding was stained, and had hair on it. There was masking tape on the walls from a subpar paint attempt. Stained tub, and dim lighting. The younger attendant that so called assisted us was rude and acted like we were a hassle for her. The attendant that helped the following morning was kind and did what she could for us. The wife and I don't feel like we should stay at BW hotels, because of this experience.

my oh my was this place a nightmare super outdated i stayed long enough to meet the staff and all i can say is thank you cassandra !! i had lost all hope in decent coustmor service but you your were so helpfull for what you are given to work with i left you a tip i hope you got it you deserve it thank you!!!

Although you are no longer able to check in early, the staff was wonderful in letting us hang around until we were able to be checked in. The hot tub is not currently working, but they do seem to be working on getting that up and running. The temperature of the pool was perfect for us, and there were plenty of towels available. Our room was spacious and the air worked well. Breakfast wasn't a highlight. They have a brand new ice machine that works great! They sell bottles of water at the front desk. Dog and kid friendly.

Staff was amazing and friendly. Dryer was out so lack of towels in a timely manner, hot tub not working, front door auto open not operating, required us to open and shut heavy doors manually, the room outlets only worked in the bottom plug, and not all lights in the room worked. Again, staff was phenomenal.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Rooms are gross. Hot tub didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work. And- they overcharged for our stay by $160 Another family in our party is experiencing the same thing- overcharged for stay. The hotel manger is unfriendly and unwilling to make things right.

The staff here are very nice when I check in with my service dog. I’ve stayed here twice before, and your location next to the bar/restaurant is perfect. I walked over pulling my old Kylie in her wagon. Their food and beer are excellent!

Parking was impeded by semis blocking driveway and making it difficult when two vehicles were trying to get into hotel lot at entrance way.

Staff was super nice. Room was clean. Lobby breakfast was disappointing. At 8 am the eggs, potatoes and gravy were almost empty. There wasn’t enough for my wife and I (and we aren’t big eaters). Otherwise hotel was ok
