The quality control you'd expect from Marriott, mainly due to it being new. The breakfast was also good, and the service from both the welcoming staff and the restaurant was spot on. Now for the downsides: The check-in experience was just average, the minibar selection was mediocre, and the toiletries were so-so. Also, there was a strange, indescribable urine-like odor in the bathroom—yes, literally a urine smell. Personally, I’d suggest keeping the partition between the shower and toilet, but installing a proper ventilation system. It really ruins the experience, and even leaving the door open all the time didn't help.

The room was kept very clean and the service was attentive throughout. The option to choose from several pillows was a huge plus, especially for someone like me who can't sleep on high pillows—it was so considerate. One suggestion: it would be great if the hotel could provide a lighted vanity mirror in the bathroom for women to put on makeup, as the bathroom lighting is a bit dim.

The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer breathtaking high-altitude night views. The facilities are brand new, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The hotel has direct access to the subway station, making it very convenient to get to Chuhe Hanjie and SKP. The staff are polite and respond to requests quickly. A perfect stay!

The hotel's environment, service, and facilities are all excellent! Among all the Marriott hotels I've stayed at, this one is my favorite. First, it's very close to the subway, and even though it's a bit far from the city center, taxis and the subway are both very convenient. Second, the rooms are spacious and bright with fantastic views; both rooms had lake views. Finally, the hotel's service was great. Even checking in around 12 PM during the National Day holiday, they were able to assign rooms and upgrade me. The executive lounge benefits were fantastic, and what's most commendable is the late check-out till 4 PM. This was incredibly helpful for someone with an evening flight – I've never experienced this service at any other hotel before. The breakfast was also rich and varied, and all the hotel's details were perfectly executed! Highly recommended, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

Did I just check into a fake Marriott? Is the manager trying to ruin Marriott's reputation? Photo 1: Horrible hygiene. Photo 2: Faulty wall paneling. Photo 3: The sliding door + bathroom + sink setup is a ridiculous design. It offers no privacy, you have to close two doors to separate the main area when using the toilet, and open two doors just to get to the sink. And that bathtub is completely in the way! Photo 4: Is that just for show? It won't even move.

The room was clean and tidy, and the view of Sha Lake was lovely. The breakfast featured great local Wuhan carb-heavy snacks. The only downside was that the staff cleared the tables a bit too eagerly—while I was up getting food, they cleared away my coffee before I even got to drink it.

Traveling with my family, I was very satisfied with our stay. The high floor offered expansive views, and the night cityscape from above was beautiful. The room was spacious, and the mattress was just right—neither too soft nor too firm. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, catering to all tastes, young and old. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff were warm and friendly. Parking was convenient, and it wasn't far to reach the major attractions. It's definitely a great choice for a family trip.
