This hotel seamlessly blends Tang Dynasty elements with cyberpunk aesthetics, creating a futuristic and club-like ambiance from the lobby to the guest rooms. Every corner is picture-perfect. The oversized L-shaped balcony offers direct views of the lake at Qujiangchi Relics Park, with particularly stunning sunsets. The gym and pool are excellent, featuring new and spacious equipment. The in-room audio system (like B&W) and amenities (such as a Dyson hairdryer and smart toilet) are also top-notch. The service is impeccable; any requests are promptly attended to. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

My stay at the W Hotel Xi'an was excellent. Although the hotel opened around 2014 and has been around for some years, the facilities are incredibly well-maintained. The design is vibrant, with a trendy cyberpunk style that cleverly merges with Xi'an's rich ancient history, bringing new life to the millennium-old city. The luxury isn't overt; it's hidden in every meticulous detail. We booked a lake-view room, and the balcony view was stunning. Stepping out onto the balcony, you could overlook Qujiangchi Park, with the beautiful lake scenery stretching before you. The room offered a variety of pillows; the buckwheat and anti-snore pillows were very comfortable, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel corridors and elevators also feature unique elements, perfect for taking photos. A special thank you goes to Vera from Guest Relations for her thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. She provided complimentary sightseeing bus tickets and a travel photography service. Our room also had welcome fruits and cocktails. The staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Western dishes and authentic local Shaanxi snacks, all of which tasted great. I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your trip to Xi'an.

Before coming to Xi'an, I checked online and thought the W Hotel looked great and offered good value for money, so I booked a two-night stay. From the moment I arrived at the hotel entrance, I was met with such warmth. The staff, from the attendants to the managers, were all young, which immediately caught my eye. The hotel itself is grand, with a novel and avant-garde design that's a feast for the eyes. The room was super large, spacious, and bright, with new facilities and luxurious decor. The bedding was comfortable, and the bed was huge – the double bed in my room was 1.5 meters wide, the biggest double bed I've ever slept in! Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and everything tasted delicious. This stay was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

As the largest W in Asia, W Xi'an has always been a hotel I've wanted to visit. I stayed there during the National Day holiday, and the lobby and public areas on the first floor were really cool and vibrant at night. The decorative paintings in the guest room corridors were also very unique. The Biang Biang noodles for breakfast were absolutely delicious – they looked unassuming but were incredibly flavorful. The mattress was also very soft; if you like that sinking-in feeling, don't miss it. I'd love to go back and dine there again!

This time, I stayed in a delicate suite. The bedding was just right in terms of softness and firmness, the duvet was fluffy, and the pillows were comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. The bedside control panel was super convenient. The lighting and bathroom were highlights, with large expanses of marble exuding a sense of luxury. The freestanding bathtub faced the floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing me to enjoy the lake view while soaking. The corner balcony was the absolute best, with smart lighting and curtains. The master bathroom featured a triangular large bathtub, and the toiletries were W MOMO with a Dyson hairdryer. However, there were no welcome fruits or amenities, and late check-out was only extended until 1 PM. This is a huge difference compared to the InterContinental Economic Development Zone where I stayed yesterday, which offered late check-out until 4 PM and provided welcome fruits. I will definitely consider this when choosing next time. **Fitness Center:** The hotel's swimming pool is a generous 40-meter pool, and there's also a sauna, making for a refreshing swim. The gym is spacious with a good variety of exercise equipment. **Dining:** Breakfast is served at the All-Day Dining restaurant on the first floor. They offer freshly baked bread, Western cold cuts, fresh squeezed juices, Yakult, Eggs Benedict, and a full spread of Shaanxi specialties like Roujiamo (meat burger), Youpo Mian (oil-splashed noodles), Hula Tang (spicy soup), Tofu Brain, and Zenggao (steamed glutinous rice with dates), among others. You could say that after such a breakfast, you won't need lunch!

The front desk service was excellent, and the room arrangement was superb. The room itself was clean and tidy. The concierge in the lobby was very handsome and proactive in helping with luggage. Food delivery could be brought directly to the room, and the hotel's performance was also very impressive. On the day of check-out, I had a sudden errand, and they kindly extended my check-out time, which I really appreciate.

The breakfast at W Xi'an is consistently good. They offer a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, and the local specialties are well represented and delicious. The ingredients are fresh, and they replenish items promptly, while also clearing tables efficiently. The switchboard service is equally reliable; calls are answered quickly, and the staff are polite. Whether you're asking for directions or requesting something, they are clear and arrange things smoothly, so you don't have to wait. Enjoying a good breakfast and a hassle-free stay, I would definitely consider staying at W Xi'an again on my next visit.

I stayed at the W Xi'an during the National Day holiday. Given how busy it was and the extreme shortage of rooms, I wasn't expecting a room upgrade. However, to my surprise, I was upgraded to a suite during check-in, which instantly made the experience fantastic! The hotel perfectly blends the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty with trendy, modern design. The public areas have a great vibe, making every photo opportunity a perfect shot. The upgraded suite was spacious, comfortably laid out, and offered excellent views. The hardware facilities were also well-maintained. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful; despite the pressure of a full house, they provided hospitality that exceeded expectations, which is truly remarkable. Overall, the stay was a delightful surprise. It truly lives up to its reputation as Asia's flagship W hotel. It's definitely a worthwhile choice when visiting Xi'an, and I'll prioritize staying here again on my next visit.
