非常糟糕的酒店。花了兩千多入住的房間，小朋友洗澡的時候拿浴巾，從疊好的浴巾裏面掉出來開封用過的避孕套。酒店在清潔衞生方面差的離譜，噁心的想吐。之前的客人退房之後是完全不打掃的嗎？ 令人髮指。從入住就是各種問題，接近五點去辦入住房間都還是沒有打掃好的！而且酒店還提前詢問過什麼時候到店，回答説4點。然而4點50幾過去也要等，説房間正在打掃。進去房間馬桶上還有水漬，燒水時發現燒水壺裡還有不知道什麼時候留下的殘水。這些都忍了，想着出來玩就不要太不愉快。然而晚上浴巾裏面掉出來用過的避孕套，而且浴巾差點被小朋友用了就完全無法忍受，太噁心了！檢查過房間裏酒店提供的計生用品，數量是對的，確認是不知道多早之前的客人留下的。整個酒店的衞生狀況不知道多糟糕。打電話投訴讓負責人來，反覆來了幾次不同級別的工作人員，然而處理問題的態度根本不是想好好解決問題，衹是想解決客人！雖然也換了房間，也提出可以補償，但是要處理的前提是要求客人在攜程去取消訂單，因為害怕客人真實評價給差評！並且還敷衍説衹能這樣，後面攜程打電話明確告知可以不取消訂單。網絡平台那麼多並不是衹有攜程一個，與其一直和客人糾纏害怕差評，不如正視你們自己的問題該怎麼處理。犯了錯誤就應該道歉，出了問題就應該補償，這個是最基本的，不是還要用這些來綁架消費者。遇到這種事情已經夠噁心了，最基本的解決問題應該站在消費者的角度去考慮，真的離譜。

200塊的酒店，600元的噩夢。
是冤種你就來住！
第一 房間小到極致，設計不合理，有人洗漱的話廁所是別想用，房間設計來應該是給一個人用的，雖然我不吃早餐，但是我看到酒店房間送一份早餐的時候我還是愣了，匪夷所思聞所未聞，至於這麼扣？住了幾十年好的不好的酒店了，衹看到過這一次，**。
第二 空調聲音巨響，吵到根本沒法睡，不開會太冷 。至於我為什麼沒讓換房間，空調一檔聲音巨大，二檔略大，三檔開一會就沒啥聲音了，所以嫌麻煩就算了，結局就是剛躺下就開始巨響。酒店會不知道空調有問題？知道了不維修還開給客人住？就這個態度，希望你們早點倒閉吧，反正這條酒吧街差不多都快倒閉了，你們也抓緊。
第三 酒店房間甚至沒有全身鏡 ，因為房間小，可能不曉得設計來放在哪合適
第四 房間也沒有吹風機 半夜叫人拿上來的
第五 房費600多 房間衹值200 沒有任何風景可言，酒店旁邊是一些爛酒吧，就像5線城市的商業步行街。窗簾是必須拉上的，不拉的話樓下全部看完
第六 向攜程反應後酒店沒有任何補償措施，應該是覺得自己沒有問題吧，最後的處理結果是攜程對我進行補償我是沒想到 。真的 早點倒閉 不要再害人了 有你是西昌的悲哀 住了一晚上衹想説***退錢！

服務很好，有求必應，表揚楊潔楊燕。但硬件設施一般，親子設施幾乎沒有，早餐蒸蛋蝦餃好吃，其餘很一般，連米線都不是很可，果汁需要加強新鮮度，總體來説性價比一般。畢竟沒有老牌酒店的絕佳位置。
