Zhengzhou Yinji Ice and Snow Hotel

Satisfied overall, the only minor drawback was the crowded breakfast during the holidays. The breakfast selection was just so-so; I imagine the experience would be better during off-peak seasons. One small suggestion: the scent in the hotel lobby is really too strong; perhaps consider a lighter fragrance?

Excellent hotel! It even included tickets and breakfast, which was super convenient. The kids loved it too. It's great for bringing young children, similar to Chimelong. The park is very close, easily accessible by walking or taking the little train.

I went into this trip with a relaxed mindset, but Yinji truly surprised both my child and me! The service was excellent. The mini-fridge in the room had free drinks, snacks, and even Qoo juice. We had unlimited access to the slides, and from our room, we could directly see giraffes, reindeer, alpacas, sheep, and ponies. At Lulu Farm, we could feed the animals up close, and the kids' playground was free. We even caught the Mid-Autumn Festival, with a lantern riddle-guessing activity. Various characters interacted with the children, making the experience absolutely fantastic! It was superb!!!!

The service was genuinely excellent, and the environment was also very good. I was especially satisfied with the breakfast; there was a wide variety of options, and the details were well thought out. You could even choose ingredients to cook porridge for your baby. The only downside was that the room lacked smart amenities; sometimes my child wanted to chat with AI or listen to music, but couldn't. I'm not sure about the peak season price, but for just over a thousand at the moment, I still think it's good value.

The family-friendly amenities are a thoughtful touch. Visiting during the off-season was incredibly comfortable. I've only uploaded a few hotel photos randomly. I'd like to commend the cleanliness and tidiness, as well as its convenient proximity to both the animal and ice/snow parks. It's definitely worth it!

Our family trip to the Yinji Ice and Snow Hotel was a fantastic experience. The location is super convenient, with a free mini-train taking you directly to the Animal Kingdom. The room was clean and comfortable, and the mini-bar drinks were refilled for free. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including local delicacies and kid-friendly meals, so both seniors and children ate very well. The hotel has a strong themed atmosphere, making it perfect for families with kids. It really made our trip hassle-free and is highly recommended.

I booked the Firefox-themed room, which my little one absolutely adored. The Didi mini-train (park shuttle service): It was very popular. Minibar drinks (1 time): My child loved them. Kids' Driving School: My child played once and wanted to go again.

The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and the facilities were complete. The Didi train (park shuttle service) was perfect, especially since it was raining. I took a stroll in the backyard; the environment was beautiful, and the air was fresh and pleasant, making it ideal for an early morning walk. The tiger crab at the Snow Deer Restaurant was delicious!

The room was very clean and super close to Yinji Animal Kingdom, just a five-minute walk away. We could watch the fireworks at night and then visit the park the next day. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room service was excellent and very attentive.
